Worked for me. I changed the camera settings, then I restarted my phone by pressing volume up key one time, volume down key one time, then power button until the screen turned black, & the apple logo appeared. Camera, PLUS FLASHLIGHT, now working. Thank you 👍

What are the odds that the Front, rear camera and flashlight all stopped working because of hardware problems at the SAME exact time..

If this might help anyone, I gently pressed my fingers on the back camera and flash light for about 10 mins (that is after I had switched off my phone). On rebooting, the camera and flashlight worked again.
@InnoRative I have iPhone Xs and camera issue in slow-motion. I have tried this and also update latest iOS. When i select photo/slow-motion in low light to capture photo or slow-motion video that time camera flicker issue occur. Please, let me know how to fix it. Do i need to visit Apple Store ?
