Beautiful puppy Tina just the tonic you needed after a tough year ❤ It's all very well ppl saying should have had a rescue dog but what's the chances of finding one as suitable as Peggy a small dog that suits your specific needs slim to impossible Id say, we eent to a dogs home before buying our dog it was full of bull terrier types mostly other folk's discarded problem dogs and sad as it is just to much for us to deal with, we registered both our dogs with the dogs trust as they will find homes for them when we die 😢 So happy Peggy found you it's easy to see what joy she brings you ❤❤

Thanks for subbing! Yes I cancelled my previous dogs insurance about 6 months before she passed away as it went up to over £70 a month and I had to pay 25% of the cost due to her age. It then cost me over £1500 in vets fees before she sadly died. I had never claimed on the insurance either. I will of course insure Peggy.
@tinastalktime our insurance is 85 pounds a month. We have had to claim twice. First time she was just over a year old. We had her sorted if she had puppies I'd have to keep them all. I'm still in touch with the lady we bought her from. And Pips mum died when she was 8 Her Sister In January. So I'm over protective. She a big doggy, not Tiny. As she gets older the excess is rediculous. I have Multiple sclerosis, bed most of the time. That's life I'm still here lol. Gotta laugh or I'd cry. ❤️❤️❤️
Awee wee Peggy is beautifull a wee sweetheart bless she's better with you at night my wee Spanish rescue Freckles sleeps in my bed too you can keep your eye on them too. You can see she adores you. The toilet training will be fine it just takes time, . Love her colour I always had poodles I love them so it's a good mix. Xx
We have a cavapoo same colour as Peggy 18months old now.They are lovely very sociable dogs and attract a lot of attention when you take them out and about

Tina I can see your well smitten with Peggy and rightly so I would be too. I think I have missed out really never having a dog in particular since my son has got one who we are very close to see a St.Berne Doodle big fluffy and daft and very lovable, my husband and I are both in our 70s so it's too late now really cos I wouldn't really have anyone I could leave it with if anything should happen to us, I don't think you would have that problem with your family being very doggy people. Anyway good luck with her she's beautiful.x
Hi Tina, was hoping you would give update's on little peggy, saying little you can tell a difference already, my daughter and family had to have their 12 year old bicheon put to sleep the friday before xmas absolute heartbreaking, but it's been lovely to watch your video's, they do bring a lot of joy our pet's ❤

I've never used a crate for any of my dogs but it seems to be popular these days. My new dog Theo who I've adopted, was used to sleeping on his mum's bed, but I'm a very restless sleeper and my bed is quite high and it's a laminate floor, so I was worried about him hurting himelf. He's settled really well in his bed downstairs.
Love the puppy footage. We have a 2year old cockapoo she trashes all her toys even now. Our worst problem is reactive to other dogs when walking even all the one to one training hasn’t cured but we love her no matter what she does. Peggy is so beautiful x

No doubt peggy is a sweet beautiful puppy,I am just curious,is she fully vaccinated yet?Here in Aus they do advise being careful with them around other dogs you don't know and when out playing due to them catching nasty things like parvo etc until they have had their full puppy vaccines,is it the same in the uk?

It’s up to Tina what she wants to do, nothing to do with anyone else. I’ve have 5 British short hair cats all from breeders, I tried a rescue but because I wanted an indoor cat they didn’t want to know.
Isn’t she too young to go out ,, shouldn’t go out until fully vaccinated,,, shouldn’t mix with other dogs ,, she’s nice 👍 paper by door then into garden ,,, 😅

My son has one - also about 2 now. He's been hard work from the start. My husband doesn't like visiting as he just barks at him all the time!

Not a fan sorry - so many dogs in rescue centres needing homes. So many being abandoned. I don’t understand why you would choose a puppy.
