Tom and Jaz, I can’t put my finger on exactly what it is that you do to make every home tour so welcoming, but that’s what you accomplish. The appealing informality of your videos doesn’t mask your professionalism, however. I’m amazed how you’ve both done your homework every time, especially when you produce multiple videos per week. Thanks for being one of the highlights of my week. Can’t wait for the next one!
Gorgeous house, which has been clearly a happy home. I live in an 190 year old cottage and I know it's a labour of love combining modern and the original part of the house. Unfortunately, mine is not as lovely as this. The owners have some fun and some beautiful artwork which so many ultra modern homes lack....purely subjective on my part. A beautiful home that hopefully will be loved by a new family.
@@zappertutorials5498 in comparison to other houses on this channel it seems good value for money and it seems to have good vibes that come through on the video. I am a family man and this would be ideal for us, not too big and it’s got character. We would be happy to live there. The Yorkshire house that was shown a few days ago had the wow factor for a similar price but this one just has something right about it and it’s near to the capital.
I love the Romanesque exterior structure, the wide-open spaces and the masculine interior decor of Hampton House, Surrey, Crown estate. The exterior space is, though, quite inadequate. The only properties that I would buy if I was compensated or remunerated via rigged lotteries, Omaze, wills or other venues would be 1- The Coombe Park estate in Oxfordshire 2- The Vanbrugh Castle in Greenwich 3- The 8th-floor penthouse on top of Parliament View Apartments at Embankment 4- Stancliffe House in Peak District. 5- The Beacon Penthouse on top of the Corniche in London 6- The Ockwell Manor next to Maidenhead 7- The 72-acre estate in Cambridgeshire 8- The 6-acre rugby captain's home in Berkshire 9- The 6- or 7-acre home with a barn for cars and partying next to Royston, Cambridgeshire. No interest in other properties in the UK.
Hello Ian Watkiss dear friend I hope you are fine . I guess you are interested in architecture and villa design. If you are interested in these topics I'm glad you visit my channel Our team uploads new videos every day, I am sure you will like them
This house is stunning and the price is right (which happens once in a while...) I'm a green color addict as Jaz and I would take the blue elephant from the bathroom!! Thanks for the hard work you two ❤
Hilarious name drops. William Wilberforce visited not this house, but this district. As did other famous people. This was a gate house, was it? Not in that form. Total remodelling if not rebuild, modern house. Queen once passed through this district, using the motorway 4 miles away. So... Royal links... Presenters really need to educate themselves. Come across as open mouthed poor rural visitors. Ooh ELECTRICITY! OOH frosted glass! If you are presenting to potential buyers, none of that is new or particularly exciting, let alone impressive. The fireplace might have been 200 years old, but it has been completely redone. Looks more 1930's.
A very unique luxury home the history is interesting the art work in the kitchen caught my attention but the whole decor is very well done the expansion makes the home seem like a bargain and I must say Jas and Tom chemistry is impeccable excellent like always great property to consider and my vote is with the octopus great showing thank you I don't know how you guys do it but awesome presentation
Nice mix of modern and traditional with a garden that is capable of a huge potential for remodelling. By the way the main bedroom is the principal one not principle which means totally differently!
The so modern kitchen didn’t vibe well with the classic authentic, ‘antique’ vibe of the other rooms. I would choose a classic setting over a modern layout any day! Old in the soul 💚
I’m with you. That is my pet peeve on these historic British home tours. I find these sleek ultra modern kitchens tacked onto beautiful historic homes to be very jarring. To me this place calls for a large Aga or a La Cornue with more traditional cupboards. I like all the new appliances but I think they could be blended into an older, more traditional look.
The two ornament in the powder room are so beautiful, i think the owner have visited Indonesia or maybe Bali where these two ornament used to comes from.
The luxury home show seems too anonymous a name. Too easy to overlook. I ignored it for a while until you mentioned the name change in your vlog. In part because there is a boring realtor channel with nearly identical name.
Amazing video and thank you for breaking it down!! Despite the economic downturn, I'm so happy 😊I have been earning $ 60,000 returns from my $7,000 investment every 12days.
That's awesome. I dealt with crypto last year on Robinhood, tried some index but didn't take it out so I lost it by the end. Any consistent strategies?
She is also my personal trader, crypto analyst and account manager. With an initial invested capital of $8000, it yielded returns of over $22000 within two weeks of trading. I was really impressed by the profit Actualized.
I got Benito's recommendations in December 2021 and started following her lead and made $23,450 in a week. Lost my job in January 2022 and right now I'm back on top again and ready to go with her guidance.
Welcome to the dystopian era where people film houses for desperate agents and gambling organisations in exchange for under-living-wage returns from ad revenue 😋

Glad to hear it 🙌🏼 thank you!

That is a great family home with loads of character which would suit my family and it’s not a ridiculous price!
This has to be a joke.

Finally, a house with class.

A very beautiful home and I can imagine myself living here because it looks like a real family home with a modern but classic feeling 🤩🤩🤩
Such a wonderful home with a rich history. It's one of my favourite homes I've seen on the channel.
Absolutely beautiful house, it’s charming, it’s characterful, lovely big garden x

Such great touches throughout this gorgeous property! 💖
Looks so warm and homely.♡
Literally the best kitchen ive ever seen on this channel.
Not the most practical barely any space to work with next to the hob
A very pretty house and a nice balance between contemporary and classic.
Beautiful classic British house and a real home they got the kitchen spot on
What a charming property.
Love every spaces and outdoor area.

What an absolutely exquisite property. It has such personality 🙏🏼💕!
One of my favourite properties on your channel even though it’s not the most expensive by a long way, I like the sunglasses 😎 duck 🦆 the best 👍🏼
Now I could see my self in this one .. great house and lovely garden . compare this to the Wimbledon one no competition. Just need the cash (sigh)
love the forrest green color in the kitchen
Love it! But I’m so baffled about the square tv?? 😂😂

The owners of this house and I would get along very well. How can I tell? The bottle of Kylie Minogue wine in the fridge 😂
When is the house tour for other house you pointed out coming out?
Later this week! Perhaps Wednesday :)
It's snowing :)
Damn, I like the old Beovision 5. What a unique TV.
Missing the map showing location ? A must please.
@@fletchsrv many thanks 👍
Thank you for sharing this beautiful home. Looking very nice..
Livable house. Nice garden.

Beautiful house but really dislike faux flame gas fires
Gorgeous manor.

It’s like an explosion in a paint factory!
Very cosy ❤️😘
Lovely house given all of that
Good evening
You should start adding maps that show the location
I dont understand why they would want to move nice house lovely garden with big trees idyllic this time of year

Blue duck with sunglasses!
The opening of the fire place could be 200 yrs old but brick fire place ic not looks 1920s to 1930

A lot of estate houses were built at a later date
Very nice!
i've no social media acct of any sort.what ever happened to the matt and summer channel?
nice,cozy home this one.
8 mins in and no floor plan ...
My home soon.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA
Nice hous
If I won the lottery I would call you !!! 🤣
And it doesn’t look like a car showroom
To think of the ridiculous prices they ask for tiny “apartments” in Wapping, etc.
No stables?
Finally a proper house.
It's gorgeous I'd love to live there... not that I'll ever have that kind of money but it's seems a fair price to me... crappy apartments cost that
Horribly overlooked unfortunately
Have you guys seen Erik Conover? He tours NYC apartments & houses worth $100,000,000+ so £70,000,000 in GBP.
Of course! Amazing tours 🇺🇸
It appears no bathrooms have windows, anymore. So bathroom fans now a necessity. Ugh!
The two ornament in the powder room are so beautiful, i think the owner have visited Indonesia or maybe Bali where these two ornament used to comes from.
❤️❤️❤️🏠🏡

Vu que cette maison est ancienne, elle est moins impersonnelle dans sa restauration que d’habitude. Moins de noir - blanc , moins de sécheresse.
Fairytale
At 2.5mil there better be a nice kitchen!!
This is a property I like ❤ but not for the feng shui lovers with the sink opposite the hob🤦♀️
As always you guys did a great job but this house was just boring.
But how do people afford such homes
Desmejoraron los videos. Antes Eran muy natural.
It looks creepy 😆
Bloody depressing. Very low ceiling and a very miserable atmosphere. I wouldn’t even buy it for free
Welcome to the dystopian era where people film houses for desperate agents and gambling organisations in exchange for under-living-wage returns from ad revenue 😋
The kitchen is hideous, complete with the fake wood floor.
2ND LOL
what a boring pair.
Good lord. The weather in the UK is always so gloomy and overcast.
Winter.
