Have a Sony XBR-75x850c tv and Sony WH-XB900N wireless headphones. Went through the process a few times and the TV just keeps saying searching for accessories after several minutes. We have a XR-65A90J Master Series made in Mexico purchased and using in Canada. How can we pair 2 Wireless Headphones at the same time without using an external Bluetooth transmitter. We do not want to connect to a 3.5 output this would need to be unplugged every time when headphones are not being used.

I have the Sony - WH1000XM4 Headphones and they work perfect on my 2022 Samsung S95B OLED 4K Smart Television. I tried to pair them with my 2020 Samsung QLED 4K Smart Television and I couldn't get them to connect. My question can I pair 2 different Samsung 4K Smart Televisions using the same Sony WH1000XM4 headphones?

Sony hate this one little trick! Sideload any BT scanner app to your tv (or search for one in google play). In this app, scan for BT devices and pair your headphones. Then it will show up in android BT settings as paired/connected devices, press connect and enjoy your wireless headphones on older sony android tvs. Note that headphone link settings in "Audio settings" might not work, mute your audio manually before connecting headphones to only play audio via headphones. Just sony software things 💀, dogshit support even for their own hardware (both tv and headphones).

We do not want to connect to a 3.5 output this would need to be unplugged every time when headphones are not being used.

Am I able to connect my xm5 to my a80j tv with out it having a delay while watching tv?
Hi Raoul Recendez,
Thank you for the inquiry! Yes, you can connect the WH-1000XM5 to your A80J TV via Bluetooth (A2DP profile). Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a range of about 10 m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment.

David
It has to be a Sony headset to connect to the tv?
Thank you for contacting Sony support, we're glad to assist you with this inquiry. If you have a pair of Bluetooth headphones with A2DP compatibility (which is A LOT of them), then you should be able to connect them to your Sony TV. Check the specifications of your device on the model support page to confirm if your TV and headphones, speakers, or soundbar support the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) Bluetooth profile.

can we add 2 bluetooth headsets and able to hear the sounds at the same time?
Thank you for considering Sony, we are glad to assist you with this inquiry. Please note that at the moment you'll be able to connect one headset at a time via Bluetooth. However, you may consider trying our Radio Frequency headphones which in case you want to enjoy the sound from the TV with someone else these headphones are the best option. You can connect and use an unlimited number of headphones to one of the Radio Frequency transmitters. Total nonsense, it didn't work at all on my TV. Support didn't have any information, nothing written on website. For me Sony is a scam and very bad quality for very high price. I'm sure this was my last product from this brand. Samsung is way better.
I don't need tour advice about listening on my headphones is better than on this poor TV speakers but unfortunately it didn't work at all with my Bose headphones. Sony is same great like iPhone, not compatible with anything but user should be proud coz has not compatible unit! Congratulations and keep going this way, it leads you the same way as Nokia goes.
