I think the tax implementation on the full price is illogical. How could you get a property for zero amount? In case of cash purchase for more than five million the tax could be calculated on the DC rate of the time of purchase.

He wants to sell a property, the value of which is in lacs, not millions. For this, he just wants to register with the FBR. Can you please guide me on the following 3 points? 1) Is 7E tax applicable or not, considering the property value is in lacs, not millions? 2) Is capital gains tax applicable, given that the purchase date is in 2019? 3) What rates are applicable in the case of an active or non-active taxpayer for the tax year 2024-25?

FBR Rules are Non Sense. One rule contradict other. FBR Should be abolished

Total plot cost=Actual purchase price+FBR Tax 3%+3%stamp duty+1%Town tax.
These taxes are part of our plot cost .
3% FBR tax is adjustable tax, other part of expenses, rent, rates and taxes, later I will explain how to make part of cost/
