I am a Filipino and living my entire life here in the Philippines but I didn’t know such place, I didn’t realize how big Philippine is until kumander Daot showed it thru his lenses, good job
Because he has enough money to travel around in the Philippines, unlike us that we have first to think if our budget can do such thing. Many of us including me are outdoor lovers, pero uunahin muna natin ang iba pang mga mas mamahalang bagay na pag-gagastusan.
I've been there twice as a mountaineer hiking in forests more than 20 years ago and I'm sure there's plenty of changes nowadays in that beautiful place.
Mountain roads n Mountain communities never seize to amaze me. Born n raised in PH n never in my dreams discovering places like these... thanks KD! Superb vlogging keep it up...
So special to see this beautiful, isolated valley before it changes. As you say, with the new road will come great changes, not only for the natural environment, but also for the people. I truly appreciate that you've made it possible for us to see this as it is now! 💯👍 Aloha at Mabuhay! 🤙
The school deserves some support, it would be nice project if we (the community ) get together and share some of our blessing through kumander. whatchu think guys?
The beginning. Lol. You crack me up. Wow. Amazing drone footage. Your such a great storyteller. Another enjoyable video. Cool tunes. Good vibes. Thank you for sharing. Have a great week. To you. And Nhel. And your fur babies.
Kumander! You may have not find your mossy forest but I think you found a chance to explore anew location which I have never seen before and I was jaw-dropped by the scenic beauty of those places! Very awesome Kumander!
KD you're bocoming more like mike corey/fearless and far of BBC only he's international but then you are the renown kumander daot of davao region. You have a way of your own which makes me wanna say you're unbelievably amazing!!!!
Glad to see this beautiful scenery, without Kumander D , I was not able to see this one , being a Filipino I’m proud of you Kumander D for exploring the beautiful place in the Country thank you.
If you speak English only, this is by far, the best RUclips channel today, in the Philippines. These videos are the kind of videos that you will probably save or go back to as a reference to discovering The Philippines, especially Mindanao.
Salute to you Kumander Daot. You know more of the Philippine geography than most of us Filipinos. it's a shame that we learn this from a foreigner who found love in this country. I love your narrative style with touch of humor. Very entertaining and educational! Please keep on! Thanks for showing us arround our own backyard!
What's truly sad - KUMANDER - is that you don't see a BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY right in front of you... {VEGETABLES} - "the Prices Are HIGH in the CITY, and Low Here" THE WOMAN told you - all you need to do is set up a "CSA-type" system or just become a VEGETABLE DISTRIBUTOR - buy a van with a COOLER - drive out buy the vegetables at wholesale, and bring them to the city.. I'll bet you'd have half the VAN sold over FACEBOOK and to RUclips - locals before you'd even get back to the city.
@@LevAgency those middlemen are incredibly powerful, that's the issue. They have a LOT of control and they are not very nice to those who try to undercut them. Otherwise I would love to truck veggies. I've looked at doing it before. It's just... Cut-throat, sometimes.
Am a 75 year old follower of Zamboanga City. YOU are right, its not proper to do business re; the vegetables because this will give yiu enemies. I AGREE the Middle men dont like it. Anyway you ate happy exploring and still earning from your vlogs. You are friendly and respectful and thats what the natives like. Take care....
I miss your UK vlogs but this is equally awesome. The food vlog is always interesting , And you saved the best part for last! Hahahaha. Look at you, 100k subscribers! Congrats, Anselm! 👏🏻 🎊🎉🍾🎈
Your deep explorations to the untreaded paths are very educational. You reach audiences who never get out of their homes and never know about other places in their own homeland. Thank you, KD, for sharing your trips. You're a really excellent storyteller. Keep up the good work
Kumander D, You vlog like an experienced documentary presenter. The music and video complement each other as in the movie. I enjoy and look forward to your vlogs.
never heard of this place you know you educate me well to see this vellage, the sea of clouds and the community, i like the highway in the middle of those mountains. though its still rough roads its give more beautifull place that someday it will be a nice tourist spots of DDO. amazing place😊
Wow what a stunning mountain drone shots Kumander D I love & enjoy it 😊 thank you for making an effort to bring us this kind of place which is absolutely beautiful 🙏🙏👍👍
KD, this is indeed a very rare video which many are waiting for decades. Have stayed in Maragusan many times, but the local people told us very limited facts about Caragan Valley, as it is restricted to some degrees for the mansaka only, aside from being so inaccessible. But now YOU HAVE DONE IT!!! What a documentary achievement, you are the first to do this cover story with matching videos, and you deserve the highest award from the people and the Phil Govt. Salamat gyud kaayo.
thanks for showing this remote places kumander and maybe some concern government agencies will hear the cry of the people in this area about not having electricity, maybe through your vlog thier cry for electricity will be heard more power kumander D...
Don't worry Sir, Maragusan is a first class municipality, they are not short of connections anyway. For sure this problem has already been figured out for resolution by the LGU, the mayor knows what is good for the people. I have trust in them, irrespective of political groups, as I haven't heard of any local official in Maragusan involved in corruption eversince. Salamat po.
This is a great vlog @Kumander Daot. National Geographic level presentation 👏👏👏 I watched this without skipping the ads .. and i watched this twice 😁. This area is similar to the Cordillera Region of the Northern Luzon although less mountainous. The mountains are also lower and easier to navigate than those in the Cordillera. The Caragan valley is wide and awesome, almost like those in fantasy movies. The musical score when you enter the valley ( time 6:30) is dope 👍 .. like the one use in GOT 😁 Nice one KD!
How We are so blessed by so many natural beautiful places here in the Philippines most especially Mindanao. Thanks to these Foreigners most especial mention to "KU
I just can't get over the fact that a foreighner is making me discover many beautiful places in my home country. Thank you, KD. Kudos to your beautiful vlogs of Mindanao. National Geographic-worthy always.
So beautiful these areas and once again your narrations are very spot on. You have a voice that projects well. It reminds me of Leonard Nimoy in how well it projects. He was a great narrator also. Power on
Kumander Daut im so greatful of your vlogs in Maragusan wherein we were able to see the nice infrastructure of the newly completed roads and your vlogs so informative we appreciated your effort to make us know how wonderful the lives of the Mandaya... In the Philippines
Helps you in a therapeutic way but your visits in these remote places are gems of blessings to us who lived in cities and a little bit off than they that don’t have basic needs like electricity and the like. Thanks for creating an awareness. God bless you sir!
Thank you Kumander for a trip of a lifetime.a place I would have never known existed and I am an 80 year old Filipino. You found your calling, and it gives you peace and internal healing..I am sure the rest of your followers will join you in every step of your journey. Be safe and God travel with you.

Thank you so much for exposing beautiful and interesting places in Mindanao, KD. Surely,we don’t just see things, your videos are equally educational. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wow! Lucky you that there is a good road now. That was the scariest mountain road I ever travelled on 5 years ago! Hope you can make it up to the uppermost part of kagan valley next time. Barangay Bahi. Headwaters of the caravan (kalinawan) river.
Wow what a beautiful video....I hope that valley could have their electricity soon. Ang ganda ng scene/ drone shots....very refreshing! More power KD!!!
I love your descriptive narration! The sea of clouds was cool.. The roads through the valley must be really something for local residents. Must be great for farmers to transport their produce. Thanks for sharing your trip.
You visited areas in Davao, that I as Pilipino person, never been to…Im missing home so much…mountains are so green, fresh air, not polluted Im sure! 😊 Lucky guy…👍🏻🇵🇭🇺🇸

Same size in terms of square mileage as my country Norway, but 20 times as much people!
Time to visit and explore your own country!
Korek I can only fully tour my own barangay😂😂😂
You got nice content not covered by the other vloggers. Your channel will really grow. You are a natural story teller.

Thanks for bringing us to these places that are not visited too often. And thanks for bringing their stories out to us.
Even just from the video, I can feel some of what captivated you about that valley. It’s a special place for sure.
Salute to you Kumander Daot. You know more of the Philippine geography than most of us Filipinos. it's a shame that we learn this from a foreigner who found love in this country.
