Tbh K2 is a cleric of Cassandra, goddess of doubt and uncertainty, so it kind of makes sense that her spells are really powerful, she’s channeling doubt really well cause she has no clue what’s happening at all lol
It would be just the anti-bad kids. 1. mini mean Gorgug who bites people’s ankles 2. Fabian who’s emo and hates his father 3.Fig who’s dads an angel and she’s a good little two shoes 4. Riz who’s stupid and hates solving problems 5. Adaine who’s obsessed with being a the best elven oracle possible
british kristen was genuinely my favourite part of the season. i was devastated when we lost her, then overjoyed when she came back, an angel incarnate, and then I was devastated again when we lost her so close to the end. just - blimey
@@oliverdown6287love the idea that like you just see her or her figure roaming around in other sets and graphics like the G-Man from Half-Life and they just never acknowledge her 😂
Yeah, I feel like most people would have been like the first k2 thing was a one-and-done deal. Like most would have said they are dead or you can still bring them back but no more of what just happened. Though I think he really really regretted it during the final fight. You don't start packing up the set and muttering this is horses##t in the background if you are fully okay with what happened
I think that K2 and Ally’s world changing rolls as K2 unraveled the fabric of dimension 20. I kind of think this was the inspiration behind the 60 second GM rule in never stop blowing up. Blimey!
Okay got to ask, am I the only one who feels bad for Brennan. Like guy puts 5 years into building up to this big reveal and also the story of this campaign, and has already dealt with one K2 moment and allowed it to happen and even allowed the bad kids to bring k2 back for the final fight even though he said she was destroyed, and then they pull the most ridiculous move with K2. Like I think a less calm DM and a less creative one would not have had the thought to get up and be like, I need a moment but I need to also play it off as a joke to keep the mood up. At 34:05 I think you can hear his anger and annoyance definitely slip into his voice. I think a less calm Dm would have looked Allie in the eyes and been like, you need to change what is happening right now, or I'm not allowing it. I've already allowed one moment like this and allowed you to bring k2 back even though I said they would be destroyed and you still pulled this, no. I've put a lot of time and effort into this and I do allow jokes and gags but I also need the story to have some amount of seriousness and be taken seriously, and there is a line that I've allowed to cross once already, but I'm not doing it a second time. And a less creative and ragey DM would have fully gotten up and walked out. Like Brennan is amazing that he was able to get back in the seat and continue and also twist this to fit into the narrative, it's the true mark of a professional. But I do think there are moments especially if it's something thats important to you, and that you feel like it's being messed with or not taken seriously that will break the camel's back.
I think most good DMs would let it happen but next time they ran a high level game would take the casters aside and be like please don't take simulacrum again, It really messed up the game balance and narrative last time. Or they would be gloves are off, simulacrum exists in this universe, Every evil wizard you fight that has access to 1500gp and 12 hours of prep time is either gonna be packing a simulacrum to even the odds a bit or straight up sending their simulacrum to kill you while they teleport away. I have a DM like that. you can get away with anything once but once you do a thing the knowledge of that thing exists in the world now and the bad guys will be able to do it too.
I'm sure in other campaigns it would be seen as making a mockery of the game for less of the enjoyment of the other players- but this group is first and foremost a group of comedians, being shown to an audience of comedy enjoyers. If this isnt the perfect context than I don't know what is. To the point that this campaign is based on DnD in a John Hue's style movie, it this absolutely lends itself into the creative license of those comedians at the table. Lets not forget- their dean shot himself in the head in front of them that one time... its canon and fucking crazy as well.
Brennan has been playing DnD with Ally for years, he knows when he's inviting chaos and how to deal with it. I'll also add that Ally is always prepared for him to shoot down their nonsense and he's always free to do so long before it gets out of hand.
Brennan during K2’s intro: this is my favorite thing 😄
Brennan during K2’s outro: *now go away, literally forever* 😅
i did make a Tumblr post ab this lol www.tumblr.com/starful-emporium/751297993698902016/brennan-when-k2-was-created-vs-brennan-five?source=share

The perfect cleric of uncertainty never has any idea what's happening.
K2: all roight, all roight, wot's all this then?
**K2 super power up noises**
I love the idea that K2’s life is a completely different campaign with Zac as GM
It would be just the anti-bad kids.

we didn't lose her... we GAINED her. she is with us, NOW somewhere in london or elsewhere, bringing joy and positive pregnant tests to all around her.
@maxwelljennings4178 To quote Lou "K2 is on Earth with us?! I need to buy a gun!"

ever since ally said "you need to respect MY life" after k2 kissed fabian, i knew we were in for a treat
The way Brennan turns away and says “no” after the last crit may be the funniest thing that has ever happened.
1:50 "This is my favourite thing." Brennan would come to regret those words.
Brennan is such a good DM. He likely let K2 comeback cause he saw how much fun everyone was having. I have more of an appreciation for him now.

I love Zac's touch of just whatever insanity Ally pulls out gets a gameshow "CORRECT". Nothing could be more sublimely perfect
Su-blimey
7:35 "Brit-ish" is the best subtitle gag l've seen since Unsleeping City's "Ally Featherbeardsley".

I've been more terrified than when brennan said K2 is coming to our reality. For a moment, i genuinely forgot she's not real
or is she?
@@danniluxgarbe429 Vsauce intro
She is now
There were a bunch of K2 cosplayers at Comicon and I couldn’t help but fear that one of them could be the real one…
Well she wasn't real. But now she is.
as angry as brennan was about it, the sacrifice of k2 was in fact perfectly thematic for Cassandra
First k2 scene brennan "this is my favorite thing haha" oh buddy if only you knew...😅
9:10 is so fucking funny of ally doing their fuckery with murph and Lou stressing so hard
Zac taking over for a bit might’ve been how they had the idea for the dm takeover in never stop blowing up
K2 could single handily carry the uk on their clone back
Bless you for making this supercut. This video continues to give me life long after I finished the season.
Great that this show finally has some good british representation! Huge Props to ally for the accent work! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Brennan: "This is my favorite thing!" He would live to regret those words.
4:17 zac had that horrid energy exactly right
For anyone else that was incredibly confused like me, i think lou was saying Tajin in his fancy fabian voice for the ice feast convo 29:31
How could you leave out Ally doing Kristen running after shooting the crossbow!
Brennan doing the OC with the mm what you say made me literally laugh out loud
K2 is how i found out that siobhan is british and not australian lmao
34:08 Brennan fake seething and leaving as Zac takes over the show is so funny
'this is my favorite thing' who knew Brendan will eat his words 😂
1:52 Bit of a foreshadowing there, eh, Brennan?
Hell yeah! Much needed scenepack
blimey, i was going to make this for myself and now i don't have to
i genuinely, earnestly, 100% believe ally is the funniest person on earth. i'm about to throw up laughing a third into the video
