    Thank you Conni, it was great to hear all that and I agree whole heartedly. I have now been doing the work for 7months after reading the two books mentioned. My life has healed in so many ways. Having been in extreme pain for 17 years, I have as of yesterday completely weaned off opioids. I have so much gratitude towards Dr Joe Dispenza and I know I will continue to do the work to continue healing. Love and light. Pico from Queensland Australia

    I hope to attend one of his workshops (and somehow feel sure that I will, somehow) but have not been working for a few years due to a health condition.
    Anyway, you are so spot on. It's not about Dr Dispenza, himself. It's where he points us and connecting with the divine 🌻💛. Tony Robbins has made huge differences in my life since the 1990s and I see some similarity in some of the information with Dr Dispenza, but Dr Dispenza isn't matter changing matter, If you know what I'm trying to say.
    I love Dr. Joe's humility and dedication. He projects love.. and it sure seems very, very sincere. I have a playlist of all of his happy faces videos and always end up in tears of connection, joy, love and epiphany as I watch them. I literally feel like I'm there with the people.
    I have read You are the Placebo and Becoming Supernatural and do four of his meditations. I literally feel God's presence in an even stronger way than I ever have in my life and I have felt a connection with God since I was very young, maybe just in Middle School. This is a whole different level. I can't even put it into words ☺️
    You are precious and I thank you so much for your transparency in sharing your story in both of your videos and all of the insights and information You've shared. 🤗💛

    Beautiful video! Ditto on all fronts! Life -changing life-giving information! You nailed it-it’s the consistent meditation “the work” that changes us from the inside out. I love and respect you for sharing your beautiful story-thank you! I used to feel guilty that I was using only his guided meditations and hadn’t graduated to just quiet time with my “self” and my creator-however, now I realize that his words are prompting me to stay focused on what I want (and then receive btw). I believe now that the other is great but it would be like accessing the nexus and never utilizing the connection-if that makes sense. Bless you my daughter and your wise mama for finding his work! I’ve been shoving it at my own daughter every chance I get.
    All my best, Juliana :)

    Hi!
    Thank you for the very inspiring story of your experiences.
    I'm a heavy depression survivor and also learned of Joe Dispenza a few months ago and I am now just beginning my journey. I've already gotten a lot more positive outlook on my life and I'm more aware of my physical and mental habits which have changed from my past self to my current and future self a lot.
    I noticed you have a droopy eyelid. I have a droopy eyelid too (and a lazy eye) and it started the same day as my depression started. Along with I always wondered if there was a connection. Did you have similar experience or any insight to this? :) thank you.

    I like the way he explains things and what he says, especially about how we make up our memories, didn't try the meditations, though. But aren't they more like dream journeys? Also interesting to hear you opinion on the financial aspect of the seminars. Good thing to hear, you've overcome and overcoming your challanges. Keep it up.

Anyway i ordered 4 of his books and started reading I am the plecebo. Dont know what book to read first as there must be a seqquence to read the books and they have meditations. But which ones do you do ? Maybe there is no set route for books or meditations. I have the book called breaking the habbit of being yourself. I flipped through this one and really like the way it gets you to do things . So lol, any ideas of where i should start book and meditation. Thanks for your help............a friend from Canada.

      You are not alone, I am going through something similar. Te ego is like a naughty, little imp that likes to convince us of other ways that serve us better. You're doing great; give yourself a hug and tell yourself well done for recognising this. The journey is like an assault course sometimes but we are stronger than we think and even when we fall face down in the mud, or struggle to get over the obstacles, our inner strength fights back. I keep thinking about Dr Joe's words in my my meditation ... "love yourself enough to do this" ... I really 'heard' them these past few days. Sending you some love 😊❤️

    I'm doing the Breaking the habit of being yourself meditations (I think there's 4 - one each week) and loving them, always looking forward every day, for the meditaion hour. I'm also saving to attend one of his events but, of course, we have to commit with doing the work ourselves, become responsible and accountabel for our own health. It is not going to an event and it's done, I don't think it will ever work like that.

    • @sherryssb
      @sherryssb 2 года назад +2

      Me too CC; these events are clearly amazing (from watching many testimonials) but the work is ongoing before, during and afterwards. That alone is comforting along with the many tales of folks healing at home. I do believe as well, most people who attend events have been doing the work consistently leading up to going. 😊❤️

    • @CC-vj6dd
      @CC-vj6dd 2 года назад

      @@sherryssb I've watched testimonails of people who were not doing the work for that long. I do not know, however, if they were able to take full advantage of the event. (Overall it must have gone great, otherwise they wouldn't be giving a testimonial. But I guess - and I'm really guessing - that they were an exception). On the other hand some folks are on their 6th event did not cured completely. Anyway, meditation, as everything, takes some practice (I'm speaking for myself - the more I do it, the better I get).

    • @sherryssb
      @sherryssb 2 года назад +1

      @@CC-vj6dd Yes I guess we're all unique and some move through it quicker than others. I did get fearful for a while of 'I won't heal unless I go to an event' but I'm over that now. It's refreshing to hear you are mastering meditation; I'm a slow burner but I need to get disciplined to do it every day. Lately tho, I've seen fractal patterns but only for a few minutes at most. I hope that's what it is lol !! I'm also working thru BTHOBY - how long have you been on your journey ? 😊

    • @CC-vj6dd
      @CC-vj6dd 2 года назад +1

      @@sherryssb Oh, I'm not disciplined at all! At all. I've been meditating more on a consistent basis since May this year, more or less. But I have many periods when I stop (this last stop is taking 2 weeks now and it's driving me crazy because once I began the meditatiions I got used to being "high" and now that I stopped I've been going on a descendant spiral. I feel low and heavy, negative and grumpy and I don't like it at all.
      But like Dr. Joe says: the more difficult task is to find time to change [not exact words] and last weeks have been chaotic, with a lot on my plate. When the time to meditate arrives I fall asleep because I'm so burned out.
      I never saw anything or had an esoteric experience. It's very cool that you saw the fractals!!
      Yeah, you can heal at home, easy peasy. Many people get there already healed - and they healed at home (I remember a girl who healed a few weeks or days before the event - alone, at home, it took her 3 months of consistent work, if I'm not mistaken).
      Maybe at the events the energy is higher because there's more people focusing but it's not a certainty that one will heal. That's one of the reasons why I'm going with an open mind and always reminding myself where I am. I am not doing this for ages, I am not an experienced meditator. It's a process. No expectations is my rule of thumb but giving it my absolute best at each moment - that can very well not be my best of bests.

    • @sherryssb
      @sherryssb 2 года назад +2

      @@CC-vj6ddHello CC 😊. Thank you for sharing this with me. I 100% get that; I'm experiencing the very same thing - the last couple of meditations, I've become unusually aware of the wording, as if it's standing out more than normal. e.g. "love yourself enough to do this". 🤔 Also, I've gone back to watching some of his videos this week and the one phrase that repeatedly jumps out is : "the hardest part about change is not making the same choices as the day before" ... those words are now imprinted on my brain !!!
      Here's some helpful thoughts for us both (I have memory problems so I'm writing this down 😊). The morning and evening meditations are a brilliant alternative when feeling tired or short of time, they're only about 25 mins 👍. I normally go for the 1 hour 14 mins Water Rising Week 4 but a shorter meditation is better than none. I just drifted off 3/4 thru Week 4 so am actually going to do Morning Meditation straight after this message 🙏
      Fractals tho very brief give me inspiration to keep going 😊✨
      Gr8 re the girl who healed at home in 3 months. I've definitely heard it a few times on testimonials & I know someone who healed at home during Lockdown in 2020. He said ppl at events 'mostly' have been doing the work consistently (often not mentioned in testimonials) & the energy of 1,200 ppl is tenfold + the environment being solely focused on healing/meditating etc compared to 1 person at home distracted by their job, family, friends, situations, subconscious programmes etc. Makes sense.
      I think the most loving thing you can do is love yourself for what you 'have been doing' and 'continue to do' in spite of hurdles. Keep choosing to love yourself.
      One of my programmes is perfectionism (fear of failure/not getting it right ... if I don't master all the components) - old self takes me into anxious, fearful spiral (bad dreams, despair); new self shakes it off, takes my hand & says "come on, you can do this. It's working, keep going ... let's look on your list & do something positive & put ur energy into that" 😁🙏❤️... I am working on practicing gratitude from The Magic by Rhonda Byrne - this is a 28 day exercise and since gratitude us the highest form of receivership, it's a winner winner chicken dinner 😁😉
      I hope that helps. Maybe we should make a pact to share our successes & send messages of encouragement 😁✨.

      @ConniBiesalski 5 лет назад +3

      Did you watch the entire video? Yes, Tony is great, but I don't think his events and techniques are as powerful and sustainable as the ones by Dr Joe, he goes waaaay deeper. We live and we learn - I keep discovering new stuff and new teachers.
      Nevertheless, Tony Robbins' events are great and fun and I definitely learned a lot. But the high wears off after a few weeks and then people go to the next event and the next one because they want that high back. Hope that makes sense ;)
