THANK YOU!! I've already done 2, and I'm obsessed. This is actually my first crochet project!! Quick q: have you seen the other isla de gar bag sizes? How do I know how big should my beginning circle be for those? thanks!!
Does it make any difference if I use a much thinner “yarn”..? For example, crocheting with a very thick yarn used for beanies and thick sweaters, etc.. would it still work as a bag or do I need to use a different crocheting pattern for that type of yarn to crochet this bag.?
I ran out of the ribbon while making the bag and i’m not sure how to connect it with the new one, do i do a magic knot just like with yarn or do i have to sew them together?
ooo you could sew them together (i did, just so it’s extra secure) orrr if you don’t wanna sew, you could pull your new ribbon through like you would if you were changing colors (when you sc and have two loops on your hook, instead of pulling the old ribbon through to finish the stitch, pull the new ribbon through) and just make sure you weave in the ends really well
Thank you so much!! I made a smaller one! This was the first crochet project I've ever done and it came out perfectly!! 🥰🥰

sometimes companies put their product dimensions in the description, but if they don’t have that then I would honestly just eyeball it

Could I use 1.5 inch ribbon?:)
sureee :) you might have to use a slightly smaller hook and do a few more rows to make it a similar size!
Is it double-faced ribbon?
yess
What size is the ribbon? (width)
2 inches!
Can u write in meters? 😢
100 yards is approximately 90 meters
