- Finally! Another Vocaloid cover, for the first time in literal years.
I'd had this one made for about a year-ish now tbh;; but I'm glad to finally be able to post it here since I finally buckled down and did art for it.

I love Big Al because he basically says "Updates? Who the fuck needs that" and just sounds amazing regardless of how many updates Yamaha makes for the fucking software.

@@fhfghfghfghfgh-o6x AL, not AI. This character's name is Big AL and he's what's known as a VOCALOID, or synthesized singing software. "Tuning" refers to manually editing the pitch, phonetics and vibrato of the VOCALOID to get a more expressive singing tone. No artificial intelligence is involved here at all. Sorry for any confusion!

Oh god, finally! Someone who edits Al's pronunciation so he sounds natural and good. And he sounds so solid and his vibratos are lovely! I love this, amazing ;;v;; never would guess he's two whole generations behind Cyman in this song! :)
big-al was definitely a part of my gay awakening as a kid so thank you for the full art and giving the smallest hints of abs/pecs that makes me reminisce of days when i both thought that was enough and yet was the most scandalous thing ever LOL

My son- he sounds beautiful. This is fantastic! Whilst the original is incredibly fantastic in its own merits- i really appreciate the way you tune Al and his vocal tone! Aaaaa this is so good!

Oh no, Big Al is a V2 native voicebank, but I ported him to V3 (and subsequently to V4) with the V2 Import Tool. The V3/V4 engine smooths him out a bit but I did a LOT of phoneme editing to make him pronounce things more naturally haha
