Excellent video Sahil, i knew you share lot of content but never paid attention as didnt know that the content is so good. I have worked in solar sector for 10 years. From investment community, no one talks about or believes in supply chain risks on wafer, ingot side or even China levying export duties on these and keeping cells and modules cheaper. You are the first one from investor community where someone has similar though process as mine on the China risks. Will check out your other content too from now on. Kudos for great work

@@AkashToor1989 i can only share few points and decision is yours . (1) I dont own any of these solar module manufacturer's shares except Reliance (2) Reliance is coming out with 10GW expandable to 20 GW capacity, will these guys be able to stand up to Reliance and Adani (3) Tech will keep changing, till now they are using PERC, next is Topcon and then HJT. Reliance is already working on HJT (4) If China levies export duties on ingots, wafers and no duties on module exports, indian guys will find it challenging to make in India and Indian govt itself may remove duties on imported bcos then we can achieve our power generation capacities at still lower costs
Well explained as usual.....I invested solar sector... After installing 3kv solar pannels for my agriculture motor 1 year back... That research helped me to get more than 300% gains both in waare( just before euphoria of waree) , kpigreen... In waare i pulled out my investment at around 2800-3000 stock price bcz of euphoria and valuation.... Left the profit... Applied for premier ipo... Got 1 lot... Planning to add after listing

We have fugure out the technology aspect of this solar cell manufacturing. Companies like tata power and adani can disrupt the market in the future by introducing new technology as they can slend on R&D because of their strong cash reserves from group companies like tata sons and Adani group. Also we have to consider what are the complications of using different technology factor like high cost, durability, maintenance cost , weather conditions etc. I would like thank sahil sir for providing such valuable info and you also provided a room to explore. I will perform a in depth analysis on this sector and going post it on linked in.. Once again thank you sir

1. Company paid low tax of 20% in FY24 & ₹5Cr in advance tax unnecessarily in FY23. Do you think that was for windowdressing keeping in mind IPO?
2. Company paid only 19% tax in last quarter filings. Unusual, non-explanatory increase in Margin. Highest ever EDITDA margin.
3. In NDTV profit interview, Promoter was avoiding to answer a simple question on margin & revenue sustainability.

Is not wind energy stocks r preferred as they can produce energy for 24× 7 as against solar s 22 to 14 hrs.
Solar is preferred over wind due to several reasons like feasibility accross the country, high maintenance cost of wind mills, also the turbines produce lot of noise pollution and is quite dangerous for birds.
