- My friend and I, both in demanding roles, felt the need for a break and decided to book a last-minute getaway over the bank holiday period. By staying in Cambridgeshire, we were able to venture out to explore new towns, as shown in my other videos. This break was truly rejuvenating, and we returned feeling refreshed and energised.
It's important for everyone to take a break and engage in activities that bring them joy and relaxation. Many of us handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Show yourself kindness and gentleness.
