It takes that many agents with rifles to arrest one unarmed little old lady yet they scream bloody murder when you want to defund them. Hopefully she got a good lawyer and sues the crap out of each of those agents in their individual capacity.
OUR law enforcement PUBLIC SERVANTS have decided that they are above us. If their not careful, they may find out exactly where their place is. Everyday ordinary citizens are slowly having their rights taken away. We are watched, tracked and monitored. All on OUR taxpayer dime. WE are now guilty till proven innocent. If you exercise your god given rights you are labeled, "One of those." Law Enforcement has Qualified Immunity to hide behind, and who picks up the bill for their criminal and illegal actions? Who pays for their ego trip, ignorance, and stupidity? The private citizens, the people they despise, the people they all believe are the enemy, THE ORDINARY CITIZEN, THE TAXPAYER.
I was in a store as a customer & the silent alarm went off, the police stormed the store & I was on the ground for 10 minutes with a knee to my neck while another officer had a gun to my head. I tried to sue the police & store & 2 lawyers said I had no case.
The sad part of all of this is the person or persons that made the decision to go after this lady, will never be punished for what they did to her, and they will go and treat others this way
Beyond the mistaken identity, what about the absurdity of the manner in which the arrest was conducted, for a >20 y.o. Warrant for a non-violent offense, and needlessly creating higher safety risks for all?
You’re asking all the wrong questions. Ask why don’t federal officers get charged and lose their pensions and suffer severe consequences in cases like these. Because when that starts happening is when these errors will be precluded. These people do not care. They make huge mistakes and go home and laugh, because nothing ever happens to them.
I keep preaching this very same thing. If we the people would elect a sheriff and DA that will arrest and prosecute these cops for the felonies that they commit this will stop. The sheriff of that county has probable cause to arrest everyone of those cops.
The federal marshals that arrested her for no crime needs to lose their jobs and certification to be police officers for life and I hope she sued the federal marshals personally and their bosses for not checking on the address and the warrant
Lawsuit. Horrible what happened to this woman, not an INCONVENIENCE. Arrested at gun point and the marshals called it an INCONVENIENCE. Fire these idiots

Jim Jordan is no hero, he is a part of the problem. The problem is not the mistaken identify, it is the lack of response when she kept trying to tell them who she was and that she was not the person they sought. The problem is not only with the Marshals service, it is also with the agency issuing the warrant, the judges and prosecutors and jailers who so callously disregarded the plight of a fellow citizen and failed so miserably in their jobs. The whole system needs fixing.
@@WillW91 He himself is a lawbreaker with disdain for the rule of law. That makes him a part of the problem. Steve Bannon and others served jail time for disregarding a Congressional subpoena, he disregarded one and through the auspices of his office was not charged. It is a matter of record that there are more cases where he disregarded the law and Constitution, these are just two that come immediately to mind.
Every such arrest should require the signature of a senior ranking official with whom the responsibility rests. If they arrest the wrong citizen, then that senior official needs to be immediately suspended and investigated. The government needs to immediately bring a letter of apology and a checkbook for any short term financial consequences incurred. NO release of liability shall be required. All footage and records related to this case should be supplied to the citizen within 48 hours.
"Inconvenience"? Pointing AR's at her and kidnapping her with threats of bodily harm? An "Inconvenience"? I think the DOJ needs to have this done to the officers families. Just to see how they like like having their rights violated. What is good for us is good for them, right?

Technically yes, but you know what would happen. They were already ready to ventilate her just because she was rightly confused and didn't do the Hokey Pokey and turn herself around to their liking. If she'd made any move to rightfully defend herself, she would no longer be with us.

This is a multi million dollar civil rights lawsuit just waiting to pay out. Hope she hires a rabid lawyer to clean up this mess
She needs to call Sweet James.
The tax payers are the ones getting punished, not those responsible.
2 decade old warrants for non-violent crimes and they come with assault rifles? the money will be nice but it can't repair her mental state from the trauma.... shameful
And this is why I no longer respect law enforcement officers. I’m sick of their narcissism.
It takes that many agents with rifles to arrest one unarmed little old lady yet they scream bloody murder when you want to defund them. Hopefully she got a good lawyer and sues the crap out of each of those agents in their individual capacity.
It's her fault for not breaking the law and not being who they were looking for. She's obviously resisting...
Obstruction
since she's not who they want her to be they can throw on a 'tampering with evidence' for good measure
Hey. You can’t tell by looking at her. But she is a trained killer. MMA. And who knows what else! Those marshals couldn’t take any chances!!
They investigated themselves and found no wrongdoing 🤷🏽♂️
We need to stop giving officers the benefit of doubt.
If you can't get it right then you can't get it at all.
These "professionals" pulled out weapons and went in like Rambo... For a suspected missdemeanor bond-violation 🙄🤦🏻♀️
All that Police force for a 2 decade old non violent warrant these Police Departments need to be under complete scrutiny!
Those cops must have been drunk if they thought she looked like that picture.
I was in a store as a customer & the silent alarm went off, the police stormed the store & I was on the ground for 10 minutes with a knee to my neck while another officer had a gun to my head. I tried to sue the police & store & 2 lawyers said I had no case.
A 2 decades old warrant for a NON-VIOLENT crime, yet these idiots are going to arrest VIOLENTLY.
Oooooops, we investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing. This is why qualified immunity needs to be abolished across the board.
It doesnt get any wilder than this poor penny o god
The sad part of all of this is the person or persons that made the decision to go after this lady, will never be punished for what they did to her, and they will go and treat others this way
I smell lawsuit(s) !!!!
Remember the police are not your friends
6 mo to one year... But yet they spend 2 hours investigating a person 😢
Defunding the police will improve policing.
Beyond the mistaken identity, what about the absurdity of the manner in which the arrest was conducted, for a >20 y.o. Warrant for a non-violent offense, and needlessly creating higher safety risks for all?
Let the Marshmallows spend a month in jail for their screwup and see if they try harder next time.
There is no excuse for the way this woman was treated the police made no effort to find out who she was before arresting her.
How can you even feel like a man working in law enforcement in today’s USA. These continuous videos of interactions just show a complete fear of interacting with people. It’s cowardice and insecurity at its finest.
as a MUCH younger man, I often wondered how Hitler managed to find "men" to do HIS dirty work. Looking around the Amerikan "homeland,": I see my answer
There is no extreme to Tyranny with Qualified Immunity.
Feral agents should not be given guns. Or, cars, badges, or paychecks.
Arrest the agents
How many will be falsely arrested between 6 months to a year.
Did he direct them?
@@WillW91 He himself is a lawbreaker with disdain for the rule of law. That makes him a part of the problem. He was in the middle of a string of sexual assaults, one of the victims has stated that he informed him of the happenings and he did nothing. Steve Bannon and others served jail time for disregarding a Congressional subpoena, he disregarded one and through the auspices of his office was not charged. It is a matter of record that there are more cases where he disregarded the law and Constitution, these are just two that come immediately to mind.

Wrong, you need to come back down-to-earth my friend jordan is a patriot
@@redlobster4841 Everything I wrote is a matter of record. If you don't know that, it is because you are being willfully ignorant.
It is the practice of the DOJ not to discuss ongoing investigations. But, we leak the information if it suits us.
Welcome to the next 4 years of even less accountability, transparency and general IDGAF from law enforcement and the justice system.
They act like that over a non violent crime. But they dont care.
Jim Jordan trying to redeem himself ?
Every such arrest should require the signature of a senior ranking official with whom the responsibility rests.
If they arrest the wrong citizen, then that senior official needs to be immediately suspended and investigated.
The government needs to immediately bring a letter of apology and a checkbook for any short term financial consequences incurred.
NO release of liability shall be required.
All footage and records related to this case should be supplied to the citizen within 48 hours.
I'm sure Jim Jordan can create some sort of bogus charges against this victim. He's good at that sort of thing.
dirt bag
It’s amazing Jordan could recognize this as wrong, so he does know right from wrong.
This is the standing army the Founding Fathers warned of.
6 months to a yr to investigate? They obviously didn't take that much time to screw it up lol
They need to be sued
i hope she sues their pants off. another waste of taxpayer money
If you eliminate qualified immunity they do their job correctly
"Inconvenience"? Pointing AR's at her and kidnapping her with threats of bodily harm? An "Inconvenience"? I think the DOJ needs to have this done to the officers families. Just to see how they like like having their rights violated. What is good for us is good for them, right?
What happens? I’ll tell you what will happen, the cops will drag this out for years and nothing will change
there's a huge difference between a FALSE arrest and an INTENTIONALLY false arrest
Gym Jordan who turned a blind eye to sexual abuse at Ohio State?
and REFUSES to take a look at something FAR WORSE involving ME ?
If you are being kidnapped? Are you allowed to defend yourself? If your kidnappers use firearms can you also legally use a firearm to stop them from taking you? If I’m at home and people break into my house can I legally defend myself, family and property?
Technically yes, but you know what would happen. They were already ready to ventilate her just because she was rightly confused and didn't do the Hokey Pokey and turn herself around to their liking. If she'd made any move to rightfully defend herself, she would no longer be with us.
@ agreed. So what you are telling me is. People should prepare for this possibility! Excellent advice! Thank you
I wonder what would have happened if she panicked after seeing all the guns and ran into her house. They would have shot her and blamed it on her.
I'm sorry but I don't want to see our cops covered in Tats. Immediately think they are thugs.
Six months to a year to investigate this.. aka.. slow walk it out of existence.
This sovereign citizens ideology/crap in our public servants needs to end. What kinds of threats do states and state actions and inaction pose? if citizens are responsible for knowing the laws and ignorance is no excuse. How is it a badge, gun, and paycheck remove that responsibility? "Ignorantia juris non excusat" BE SAFE🦅ALWAYS REC📽PUBLIC SERVANTS👮 NO official has the right to; defame, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone!
Why are you blurring out the faces of the criminals?
the blue wall of silence, corruption, and incompetence.. this should never happen, ever
Don't expect much from the DOJ
They have no respect, for anyone.
2 decade old warrant for non-violent crimes and that's how they respond to that okay America it's time we the people say stop
and you say "stop" by ABOLISHING LAW ENFORCEMENT
@tooge47 no it's time for them to stop being way over aggressive when it's not necessary
@@benb829 oh, BOY ! ANOTHER intentionally ignorant Amerikan who STILL thinks law enforcement is fixable.
HINT: it's not
Maybe if they would have just ask for an identification all that could have been avoided
Or if they would have accepted it when she offered.
She will likely get well paid for her arrest.
"inconvenience"?! Nabbing the WRONG person was bad enough, esp since theyre supposed to be SO knowledgeable & trained, but the way they treated her right from the start was despicable, shameful & dangerous, & there is absolutely NO excuse for it. NONE.
good luck getting the DOJ on a PHONE................much less getting them to DO ANYTHING
Took 15 minutes to violate and arrest her but 6-12 months to investigate? Corruption, USA.
When these videos of cops being wrong, I notice more than 75% of them have their arms tattooed. Does that say something or am I delusional?
I'm old enough to remember when police didn't want officers with visible tattoos.
End qualified immunity.
Based on other false arrests, she stands to receive between $900 - $10000 for every minute she had her rights violated. That starts from the second she had a gun pulled on her, to the second she was returned home.
