Andrew Lincoln said he wanted Michonne and Rick to say the words “I love you,” and finally we get to see it. 🎉🎉🎉 I said before that I wanted to see more intimate scenes between Rick and Michonne last week, and it’s like the writers heard the Richonne fans wishes. As I watch him and Michonne navigate their relationship I am reminded of him and Lori. Rick was always having to twist himself up for Lori. There was very little give and take. However Michonne accepts and unconditionally loves Rick. When he comes back hanging his head from his murder mission he says “I’m sorry “ and she tells him “he doesn’t have to be.” Rick then tells Michonne he loves her. Beautiful!!! I want more TWD writers!!!😍😍😍
I agree with everything! This was such a heart felt Richonne moment and I was so happy we finally got it! It made me happy that it seemed like they normally exchange “I love you”s because of Rick’s casual tone. But the fact that they were both in tears when they said it really demonstrated the emotions behind it. A Richonne Jr. would really make my LIFE. Especially if it were a boy, considering they both lost sons. Lastly, you guys are the cutest couple ever!! I love your content so much, you guys rock. xo
I've been waiting to hear these words from them. My heart is full ❤. These folks are married. They are ONE. And I need to see Richonne Jr. next season bc I'm sure a time jump is coming. ❤❤❤
I almost freaked out in that scene lol !! Rick's relationship with Michonne is so beautiful, they saying I fear each other only shows how mature and strong this love is, and Michonne has been instrumental in Rick keeping his sanity and overcoming the pain of losing his son Carl is visible as he is devastated and it is not for less in this zombie apocalypse he was the most affected by the losses for being the leader and with it he knows that he is not alone because there is a friend, woman, girlfriend and companion all that a Lori was not. Richonne is destined to be the best couple on TV!

I honestly think that they have loved - or, at least, LIKED - one another back in S3 after Lori has died (obviously since Michonne didn’t show up until after she was gone) and the Governor is gonna show up, so they’re moving out of the prison and waiting. Anyways, so as Rick and Michonne are exiting the prison together (or, at least, that cell block), Michonne says to Rick: “Y’know, I’ve never got to thank you for that day you saved me.” Rick says something like: “Well, if you didn’t have that baby formula, then I wouldn’t have.” So, Michonne gives him a look and is like: “You could’ve just taken the formula.” And, so, Rick - at this point - gives her this LOOK (that Michonne doesn’t even react to) and he says: “Maybe it was something else.”
That moment for ME was when they first fell in love or, at least, started to like one another. I know that Lori just died and, in a way, Rick was still in mourning. Yet, when he said this to Michonne and those looks they were giving each other... That is when my ship for *#Richonne* started and when they began to like one another. Only made sense for the two to end up together and, when they did, I cried like a baby because I had a feeling that it was coming... 😉
How could anyone fell in love with someone that try to deliver their ass to the governor is beyond me. Rick knew what the governor was going to Michonne, rape her, beat her, cutting her into pieces and so on.

LMAO, Brandenn is so hilarious. Yes, we will see Richonne Jr. in season 14. Danai said if Michonne gets pregnant she wants a fast gestation period. 9 weeks and out...or something like that. Love your channel!

Coming from the days when soap operas ruled daytime tv.. When someone said 'I love you' it was an event followed by a tears a long hug and music in the background. I'm glad Rick said those words first. Did it sound casual like it's been said before? Yes it did just reaffirming their love for one another ...I do agree that Rick fell in love with Michonne first. What cemented for me was 'The Next World' episode Rick was thinking about Michonne all day. Remember those mints he put in his pocket didn't share with Daryl. The look at that truck when it went into the lake maybe there was a box of toothpaste in it.

How about the name "Carldrenasha " they both lost sons how about a girl? Lol
Rick realized they couldn't continue like that when he saw that Negan was just going to keep killing his people. Olivia & Spencer were what convinced him of that that's why he said to her, "I know. I know that now." But he needn't her support and strength (as always) to actually get up and do it. Because she does and can influence his way of thinking and his actions, he said as much to her in the scene where they were getting ready to go to the meeting Deanna called.

It is a beautiful moment, so glad the show makers included it. Btw, are either of you guys into video games? I just downloaded the Michonne game onto my Xbox One, it's reduced to just four pounds just now! I won't recommend it though, it's a bit of a let down if you're expecting a proper game. It's more of a mobile game. Beautiful moment between our two favourite Deaders, so tender and loving.

Btw guys, I just realized I was wrong about it being the last season of the show ever. Season nine is set for release later this year, thank God! The Walking Dead lives on.
Hey Jill and Brandenn, just saw the final episode (I totally forget it was the last episode in the season, and didn't know it was the last ever!) and it kicks ass! I think there is a little too much mush in it, but it is the final episode of the series ever and so it couldn't be avoided. So glad how it worked out, but I won't say any more on that in case anyone here hasn't seen it. Probably one of the best episode, no THE best episode, for twists and turns and sudden strokes of fortune. Would love to give examples but like I say, I don't wanna ruin it. Such great exchanges between Rick and Negan though. One particular moment with a MAJOR twist will no doubt be celebrated by everyone, if you've seen it you'll know what I mean..
Maggie was pregnant in episode 1 of season 6 when Glen didn’t want her to help divert the walkers. They jumped 2 months after Carl’s eye was shot out. OMG, a man knows that a woman can not show for up to 5 months (for some of us it can be as long as 6 months in), tell them others would ya?! :)
