Sa halip, mag-ipon kayo ng kayamanan sa langit, kung saan walang insekto at kalawang na naninira, at walang nakakapasok na magnanakaw. Sapagkat kung nasaan ang inyong kayamanan, naroon din ang inyong puso.”
Kailangan ba talagang yumaman$$$ pwede bang maging masaya na lang. No need to stress yourself over greedily wanting riches finding happiness in simple things and peace in life is more valuable than all those riches.
Hindi mo naman talaga kailangan yumaman kung simple life lang gusto mo. Ok lang yan. Yung iba kasi gusto yumaman dahil naranasan nila ang hirap ang hirap noong magkasakit ang mahal nila sa buhay, tulad ng anak, Asawa o magulang. Pabalikbbalik sa hospital at naghahanap ng mauutangan dahil sobrang lala ng sakit at kailangan ng malaking pera.
Kung Ikaw ay may 4 or 5 anak, hindi mo kayang itaguyod sa college ano sasabihin ng anak mo? "Anak ka ng anak, hindi mo naman kami kaya pag-aralin sa kolehiyo. Walang daily allowance, walang pamasahe papunta school, walang pambili ng gamit sa project, walang pambayad sa dorm.
Naging squatter dahil walang pera pambili ng house and lot. Araw-araw madadaanan ng anak mong babae ang mga tambay sa daan pagpunta sa school o trabaho man. Magrireklamo sa iyo ang anak mo, sasabihin wala kang ambisyon umalis sa kahirapan. Mentally at emotionally ay galit ang mga mahal mo sa buhay dahil kuntento at masaya ka na, pero hindi mo naiisip ang mga kalagayan nila dahil sa kahirapan ng buhay. Sabi nga Bo Sanchez, " Believe me, I have been poor and I have been rich but being rich is good." Mas marami kang matutulungan kung mayaman ka.

Oo nga, money can't buy happiness, ganyan ako noong una, Later on narealize ko money can buy comfort in life. Then if you are comfortable magiging masaya ka. Isang halimbawa, nagkasakit ang Asawa mo. Kung wala kang pera sa bahay ka lang hindi mo sya dadalhin sa hospital. Kung may pera ka dadalhin mo sya sa hospital at doon mismo sa mga magagaling na doktor syempre you feel comfortable.
Isa pang halimbawa. Pauwi ka ng Mindanao, mag-eroplano ka pra komportable, pero pag KULANG ang pera magbarko ka. Third example your money can really buy happiness kasi kung may pera ka bibili ka ng House and Lot sa Isang subdivision, komportable ka, resulta happy ka. I just remember my uncle,he worked as a consultant but instead of getting his compensation he invested it as part of the company w/c eventually he became part of so many companies to the extent that he put up his own companies too. He died so very rich at age 82,leaving behind all 6 companies to his children.
I’m working here in Silicon Valley and I’m happy to share with you the secret of the rich. I go to their houses everyday and I can see their routine as soon as they open their eyes until they closed them off at night. I know what kind of books they read , I know how they handle their problems and how to balance their life. Their energy and time are well allocated like investment, they just focus on something that they can control and they just let go of the things that they can’t. Most of them evaluate the people in their circle and sometimes they cut them off if they have to. But anyways……………
I’m a single mom of 3 and all I can say is I built my 8 figure portfolio and my real state empire just copying some of their ideas and the routines of these people. Learning is a never ending task :) I’m not talking about the diploma here or whatever they taught us in school because in this world self education is more valuable than systematic knowledge. There’s a reason why most of the successful people here are college dropout. They don’t wanna know the facts. The problem in the Philippines is we have a wrong mindset and sometimes we are blindsided by the culture, religion and beliefs. It’s holding us back from growing and pursuing our goals. If we adopt they way they think I’m sure we are all going to succeed no matter how hard the situation is:) I was born poor and I had no parents on my side growing up as a kid. I was surrounded by people who had no ambitions and living beyond status quo. I’m a big dreamer and I believe that once you go outside your comfort zone there’s a place called “growth zone”, we just have to take the journey and face the “fear zone” and embrace the “learning zone”.
As long as we know our destination we can easily navigate our directions to get there.

Yang magpayaman na motive na yan ang nagpapahirap din sa iba. Instead of that word, better just to be sufficient in life. Ang labanan ngaun is kung paano maging sufficient instead of having more.

just a suggestion doc. huwag po click bait sa title. hindi tayo magiging mayaman at age 50. siguro posible umangat buhay natin before or at age 50, pero para yumaman tulad ng mga example na tao sa video. eh medyo mahirap gawin yun.
fyi, kahit 10M pesos pa total pera mo, hindi ka pa din considered mayamn.
Hindi ka naman kapanipaniwala. 10M dika pa mayaman? Ano ba klaseng mindset yan. Nasa yo naman kung paano mo ihandle yung 10M. Kasi kung ako yan mabubuhay na ako kahit pa tatlong henerasyon ko, masarap mabuhay ng may 10M na simple lang ang buhay. Sabi nga nila buy only your needs, at hindi ang wants. Baka hindi ka maniwala 20K na pera ko umabot ng 3 yrs bago ko nagastos. Ganyan ako kakuripot, paano na lang pag 10M na? Dahil hindi aq magastos at maluho na tao. Gusto Ko simple pero may laman ang bulsa.
Do not misunderstand. Ang utang ay napaka risky kung isusugal mo na wala kang alam. Most bilyonaryo di nakapagtapod pagaaral pero parehas sila nagbabasa book araw araw. Study learn application.

The problem of Filipinos is the old fashioned and backward concept or strategy regarding economics. Mas gusto kasi ng karamihang pinoy ay yung tinatawan na diskarteng squatter. Kahit na nga mga mayayaman sa pinas still diskarteng squatter parin kaya walng new developments, no innovations or stagnated ung business nila, worse is stagnated din ung buhay. You notice na bakit mga businesses sa pinas puro magkakapareho or copycats at ang masama pa walang enovations... Learn or adopt the western way and you will see the big changes in your life particularly in the way you handle economy. This is the reason most western countries are successful. The big example is China adopting the western financial strategy. Now lots of countries are in debt with China. Just saying... But regarding shortcuts to get rich well actually it is very easy, all you need a certain capital on a so called legal clandestine ops as we call it that we don't want to talk about 😅. Hint, ask G Soros.

People get into trouble taking that short-cut. There is not such thing as short-cut. If you are 50 and have not found your way, you are SOL! It is not that hard to make money if you know how. Key is - LAND IS POWER! You cannot lose on land - get all you can afford. LOL!
