Man, you Rock. I had updated to the newest upgrade and non of the other ways were working on my samsung s6 edge plus, but this worked. I didn't follow how you started but downloaded the quick short cut maker apk using the turning the wifi off method, and now it works. You are a genius!
thanks, it works on samsung galaxy grand prime SM-G531H, but I use sidesync to include quickshortcutmaker.apk on PC into my smartphone. EsfileExplorer application to running it. . very simple and easy

Works great. I had to wait a whole night with the mobile phone turned on, until the option "Change to a power saving location method" appeard.
I have the experience of a full steps and successfully process 100% without any problems in 5/6/2016
