Hi, I’m only new to xero payroll and when I’m entering the hours into the time sheet as an administrator the weekends are greyed out. How do I go about enabling the weekends so all 7 days are available?
When you set up a pay run the approved timesheet data should pull through to the appropriate employees. Then you just approve and pay the pay run as normal.

The headings for Sat & Sun may be greyed out but you should still be able to enter a number in the boxes.

But you can set up timesheet templates to save some time.

can I make my timesheets have a tab for Day Rates instead of hours?
No but you could put in 1 hour and then the amount of your day rate instead of an hourly rate.
