I have seen commerce people also taking this course, I didn't see that as a requirement as far as you understand it
Do you recommend reading the book first and then doing the labs or doing the labs after reading each chapter?
I would recommend going through each chapter and complete it's lab first before moving to other chapters

Do the course, get certified, then do some internship as you need to have some experience or knowledge on how to deal with investigation
