1:00 Geometry dash actually had shops for a very long time, even before the new update you should play all the other main levels other than the new ones so you know what everything is 6:40 you can change your player on the main menu by pressing the player button instead of the play button
Its been 5 years since tfg first started 7 years since a new update 10 years of gd and finally 2.2 is out all robtops blood sweat and tears has finally came to life
The tower isn’t a new level 0:45 the tower is a series of platformer levels when playing platformer levels you control your cube/icon by moving the arrow keys (left/right)
I will introduce you to the game modes (sorry for spoilers) Cube: Click to jump and hold to jump endlessly Ship: Hold to go up and release to go down Robot: Hold to jump high and click to jump low Ball: Click to change gravity Wave: Hold to go up And release to go down (basically ship but moving in a straight line) Spider: Tap to switch gravity (Moving quickly up and down) Swing Copter: Tap to switch Gravity (like ship and ball combined) Mini: makes your cube smaller Big: makes your cube normal size Extras: Orbs and Pads Pink orb: Makes your cube go up a little when clicked Yellow orb: Makes your cube go 5 blocks up when clicked Orange orb: makes your cube go really high when clicked Black Orb: Slams your cube down when clicked Green orb: Switches the gravity of your cube slowly when clicked Blue Orb: Switches the gravity immediately when clicked Pink Pad: Pushes your cube a little up when touched Yellow Pad: Pushes your cube 5 blocks in the air when touched Orange Pad: Launches your cube high up in the air when touched Blue Pad: Switches your gravity immediately when touched Extras: Dash Orb: Hold it to move in a straight line Reverse Dash orb: Hold it to move in a straight line, when you stop holding to reverse gravity

The new gamemode is a swingcopter but some people call it swing for short and surprise surprise, it is combined with a ship and a ball so once you get along with it, you get the hang of it. In Platformer mode the ship is called a jet pack but the other game modes are the same but… Oh boy. The wave game mode and the swing does not work so when 2.21 releases we could have multiple players in one game called VERSUS and MAP (I dunno what it is for) and suprise suprise, the swing and wave works again in Platformer mode (If not, the creator of geometry dash called RobTop or RubRub or Rob are way to lazy).
ok here some tips for skill and rage: first try beating the normal level as many you can dont go for dash already : 2nd when u have enought skill u will have to go throught more rage in the game its the demon difficulty yes u can unlock them by 10 20 30 coins to unlock all the demons in the main levels when u got to level editor with hammer and wrench logo then u go to search and down u see demon filter click on the plus next to it and first go for easy demons when u beaten many hard level in the normal gd :three when u get really good u can go medium demon hard demon and insane demon and finally the hardest extreme demons when u beat them your than a pro and then go for the platformer mode like the tower then u can beat those hard levels : and for funzies u can go to level editor and go to the logo to make ur own level but you need to register a acc if u want to make levels and post them to the public but u have to choose the difficulty on how hard ur level is!!! thats all sorry for so much reading but it will help get used to the 2.2 update later!!

Ok so the shop is not new and the shopkeeper tells u to visit his shop only once and there are other shops ( the community shop:owned by PotBor ) (Shop:owned by Scratch ) and (The mechanic shop:owned by The Mechanic) and (the diamond shop: owned by the diamond shopkeeper you give him diamond shards for new icons ) shop , community shop, and ,the shop gives you icons the mechanic just gives you goofy aaaaaah little mechanical movements such as making you robot run in a little goofy animation when went through 4x speed portal , and makes spider grab the wall when climbing it in normal mode.
Brandon, just to give you a tip, the Swing (the gamemode you died with at 20% on Dash) It’s basically the ball expect it flies like the ship. You can change gravity mid-air just by clicking or tapping.
Wow I can't believe its been 5 years since you played geometry dash on your channel the first time I played geometry dash in my old apartment in the UK🇬🇧 was probably 10 years ago or 9 I don't exactly. For me geometry dash brings back so many memories and I still love geometry dash to this day
The diamond things are checkpoints, but if you actually die at the checkpoint, you will not go back to the checkpoint. You go back to the start so be careful.

just so you know, you do have to equip anything u buy, in the main meny on the left of the play button there is a button with the geometry dash cube on it, click that and it should send you to the cube select menu

They did not add a shop, but they added 2 new ones. They delayed Explorers to 2.21. The tower is made up of 4 different platforms levels.
