It’s all about time spent practicing, there’s no quick way to get good. Use aim trainers like Aim Lab or Kovaaks and spend just 10 mins a day doing various flicking/tracking exercises. Over time you’ll see improvements in your reactions to player movements and overall mouse control. Consistency in practice is key.
