Thank you so much for reviewing this movie. You did a Short Video about The Bitch Scene. For those of you who have yet to view the movie, there is a scene in which the main character attends school (grade 2?) and one of the other students calls her ugly and the main character calls her "a bitch." I enjoyed this scene because it is awful to be teased and I liked the way in which the main character responded.
I have your video onto my Lifetime movie playlist.
Have you seen "Psycho Ex"? The reviews of the movie are quite accurate on IMDb. At least some Lifetime movies such as "Engaged To a Psycho" are so terrible that it is actually entertaining, but "Psych Ex" was entirely horrible.
I enjoyed your video. For the most part, the acting was good. The dialogue was realistic and there was a lack of exposition. In many Lifetime Movies, the exposition results in the dialogue feeling stilted and forced. My only issue with the movie (a minor issue) is that one of the characters has an allergy. I feel that Lifetime movies include this in too many of their movies. While I concede that it is a serious issue, I think that Lifetime uses it entirely too often,
Has anyone seen "Orphan"? One of the reasons why I liked this movie was because one of the characters was Deaf and the actors used American Sign Language.
Many thanks for the video. It is much appreciated.

It bothers me that Lifetime has historically made these movies where orphans are usually the villians even though this one is more complicated than that I can't help but think these stories turn people away from adoption or fostering children and that's terrible because so many kids need homes.

I enjoyed this movie when it was called: "Orphan" (2009) w/ the beautiful Vera Farmiga. 😯This is a sad re-do of the story and I could not even begin to suspend disbelief that this woman cold be seen as a child. Just poor casting.
