Thank you for this trip down memory lane. I was born there in mid 60's. I still have relatives there in East Liverpool. I remember Gus's pool hall and have been back a few times to see how far it's fallen. Both of my parents and their parents are from EL. Anyways thanks for the flashback to great memories at country club and all the parks rushing back to my brain.
@@Rek_RcYeah you have fun going back to a place that is drug infested and cancer infested and that has little to no opportunities a place that’s one of the worst in Ohio and that’s saying something
@@Goldieslaxx9 I am very sorry to hear that. The name of the plant is Heritage Thermal. It is a hazardous waste incinerator that processes everything from medical waste, military grade firefighting chemicals, and other wastes that cannot be disposed of in a landfill. The plant has seen several federal violations of the clean air act. The people of East Liverpool protested the plant before it even opened in 1992.

I grew up in the 60s about 20 towns down the river.
Great place and time to grow up.
Nobody walking
That's the story with the Ohio River cities today
State Route 170 is a very scenic highway going through some beautiful wooded hilly country near the Ohio River. A very well maintained road as well.
An architecturally beautiful town in the scenic Ohio River valley that was devastated by deindustrialization and disinvestment. How horribly sad 😢.
This town was not well thought out. Too many hills and drop offs very dangerous imo.
I can't wait to move from east Liverpool. Counting the days

There is a hazardous waste incinerator that operates in East Liverpool
There's definitely something because my child's health has declined since we've moved here. Soon we will be moving and I can't wait

@@joshwilson3407 the only solution is to move. They are so disgusting for putting a place like that where people live.
@@Goldieslaxx9 right next to a school too.
Can't even hear what you're saying. Just constantly clearing your throat.
Yes his voice was too soft. Maybe he was tired.
I Agree. He needs to Make another Video when He Doesn’t Have a Cough.
