My first experience was very similar, I was attending a house of prayer and the holy spirt came upon me and I began to jump up and down with very small control of my own jumping, it was a wonderful experience about 6yrs ago. Fast forward I am on the dance team and the lord had really blessed me and others through my dance, glory to God!
