This is a cover of the song "Pasilyo" (meaning "Aisle") by a band called Sunkissed Lola. Basically, this song's about a groom nervously waiting for his bride to walk the aisle on their wedding day. The lyrics is well written, has a very nostalgic feel. I think you'll enjoy listening to the original. :)
Also, I believe no one made an english version yet, so you might have to translate the lyrics to understand the song.
