    Gorgeous bird, Chef. Look at the colour of that skin, and how dark the flesh is. Beautiful.

    Learning about the food ways of others is my favorite thing about your offerings, Chef. You share so much that is different from what I know, and I am so happy to learn. This dish - it's essentially chicken and dumplings but done in the manner of a different culture. I love it! Thanks for the video. And for the teaching.❤

    After watching your home cooking videos, I started using Paprika in a lot more dishes. I can say without a doubt, it's my favorite spice now. It makes EVERYTHING better!😄

    In Poland we have this beatiful adage "Polak , Węgier dwa bratanki i do szabli i do szklanki." in English "Magyar and Pole two friends so fine together they fight and drink their wine" Cheers!

    Another indicator of chicken who haven't had a lot of chances to roam are the thin streaks of fat running through the breast. These are especially visible on the mass-produced supermarket chicken breast packets.

    Excellent looking meal and good-looking bird. Can you use panncetta instead of the Hungarian pork fat? Thanks

    • @MrTsKitchen2023
      @MrTsKitchen2023  6 месяцев назад +1

      Sure, just get smoked pancetta 👌😃👍

    My mom used to make spaetzel by cutting it of the edge of a board into the boiling water.

    Hello Mr. T, Have you tried placing a damp towel under your cutting boards to keep them from moving? Great work on the video!

      Having been a chef for almost 30 years, Mr. T. is the master of placing a damp towel under his cutting boards to keep them from moving. He mentioned it in a previous Mr. T.’s Kitchen video and I think I’ve seen him do it at work too. 👌😊👍

      Yes, I do it all the time. This chopping board has non-slip feet, just didn't work great on the day 👌😃👍

    Another great video mate! Where do you get your free range chickens from? I see them in Aldi sometimes and corn fed but they are crazy prices.

      French supermarket in London. You can have delivery to your door. About £20 for a 3lb bird though.

      I got it in Twickenham from a Turkish shop, it was £15, 2kg plus, well worth it 👌😃👍
