I know when you say 1.0 you mean the first release but both Tien releases are 2.0. The number refers to the joint/articulation system used not the number of versions a figure has. We only have a 1.0 Perfect Cell but if they make a new one now it will be 3.0 as we are currently getting 3.0 articulation.

Android 16 is flawlessly beautiful! But a bigger 2.0 is all we need to make it almost perfect scaling.
