I'm getting close to being able to Patron. My husband of 48 years died almost 6 years ago to colon cancer. He was 66. We tried to up the miniscule amount of life insurance we had but if he died at any time before 2 years were up, I'd get nothing. Since he had stage 4 cancer when they found it, we didn't dare. When he died we still had 6 yrs in land payments to pay it off out of my social security. Last week I paid my last payment (YEA!). I have a couple of credit cards with a bunch on them to pay off and then VoicePlay and my reactors will be getting some green love coming your way. I get so much pleasure out of seeing your reactions to my very favorite group!

Thank you both for another great reaction to Geoff. He fell 3 times trying to do the chair walkover. He is extremely dedicated to his work. He never lets us down. Hope to see more reactions to Geoff & Voice Play from you both ❤️
Prior to Covid, they did a lot of tours and cruises. They did 2 years on the Sing-Off tours. The fact that they are in Orlando and most of the group has worked with Disney, Universal or some of the other theme parks. I know they spent a lot of time on the Disney cruises. Since Covid, they haven't been get out as much but as we all get some immunity, I suspect that they will return to live shows as well. The theme park background is where they come by the theatrical nature of their songs. Geoff has done some videos on How to Sing Really Low, did an interview with The Charismatic Voice (who also did a reaction/analysis of the Halo theme with the original composer commenting as well), Layne did one on the beatboxing and audio. Geoff and Kathy did one on her hearing loss. She also worked/sang at Disney (you can see her in Geoff's Monster Mash).
80 tries to get that last note perfect, C1 in chest. Determination to give his best to his audience. That's how low bass J.D.Sumner sang that in the original Elvis number.
@@huldradraco Thanks so much for clearing that up ♥️ I was under that mistaken belief when I wrote it. I have learned better since, but neglected to go back and correct. I try not to spread false facts by intent.
The names represent the ways some reactors mangle his name - Jeoph, Goff, and so on. Difficult to spell how they sound. :) This was so much fun. Patrons got to see a full video of the other Geoffs doing their thing. So funny.
glad you loved this one he had a lot of fun making this Voiceplay want a fifth permanent member before they go back on tour and they’re taking their time with that
Y'all were so much fun to watch with this one. It really is incredibly fun, what with the singing and dancing. I look forward to the both of you reacting.
I had to laugh at one commentator who said this reminds her of her daughter when she sends her to clean her room. She dances with the broom for an hour and never does get the room cleaned. I just love Geoffs voice and "whew" those Elvis moves. Still processing those. Thanks for a great reaction. 🤣🧹🥰
Thank you for all the Love! Please check out our Live Stream on 8/25/22! It is for Destiny's birthday and she loves VP so there will be lots of their videos!
A lot of reactors pronounce his name Ghee-off or Jee-off. His spelling is the original spelling. I don’t know whether it’s the influence of him or not but recently when I’ve been dictating Geoff , it usually spells it JEFF and I have to correct it. But my phone apparently is possessed because now it’s started adding JEOFF one of the options. 🤯. So apparently it’s not just people who can’t spell his name. Good catch by the way because not everybody catches that. And not everybody catches him eating popcorn out of the dustpan, horhim singing into the toilet brush. Be sure to always wait until the end before the until the Patreon reel comes up like you did today. Especially lately they’ve been adding little snippets afterwards so if you cut it off too quickly you miss something. That’s especially true with their newest with Ashley Diane. It’s a cover of Running up that Hill which is used in the television program Stranger Things.
I think that VoicePlay hasn't been touring mostly due to the fact that they are still short one permanent member. Until they fill that fifth slot, I doubt we'll see them live (which makes me sad, because I, too, would love to see them in concert!). I keep hoping they'll find their fifth person, so that the chance of touring once again becomes real. (Although if I catch wind of any live shows they're performing in Orlando, I will be on the first airline I can catch down there.)
If you catch wind of them doing a live show Destiny wants to be the first to know! She loves VP especially Geoff! Please check out our Live Stream on 8/25/22! It is for Destiny's birthday so there will be lots of their videos!
@@SilverDestinyReactions I suspect they haven't picked it back up since they are missing one member. I watched VPs goodbye party for J None. At that, he said he would be back but I think his commitment is for 4 years. When on leave he did come back and do the lead for Friends on the Other Side and a couple of Shorts/Minis. I wonder if they aren't filling the spot in case J None does come back.
I've seen Homefree twice now live. Now that I live close to Nashville (I'm in SW Kentucky) I try to see them anytime they are there. Ya'll do know that Tim Foust has a solo do whop album out don't you. Got a couple songs on his solo channel ya'll should definitely check them out he does them like Geoff who I love too but does all the parts himself and stuff very good!

Great reaction again. You are correct about the misspelled names and the comment about Misty Mountains Cold.
Geoff bringing out his inner Elvis!

You're Welcome! Much love
I read in another comment that it took him 80 tries to get that last note right ! Dedicated perfection !

Sub, not chest.

From 1st - 8th grade, I had two Jeff's in my class. One spelled his name J-e-f-f and the other spelled it like this one, G-e-o-f-f.
He hit that lowest note at the very end, and she was like - whatever.
