Thank you. I got to the part where your slide says to Ask yourself: Question 1-morning routine. I paused your video and just journal wrote, kinda like a brain dump, purely about my morning. Then on a second page, I ended up doing breakfast ideas and plans, I ended up feeling inspired to try mediteranean-diabetic friendly breakfasts, this really helped me think about what I want to eat, how I want to get my day going, and what I have to do the night before the plan ahead to create the space to have the smooth morning that Im dreaming of. Taking time to think, brainstorm, and envision my ideal morning, is a fantastic first step towards closing the gap and fine tuning my mornings. I wasnt able to contine any of the other parts of your video, because I dont feel like I have that first question about my morning routine part even down yet. So, for me personally, being that I want to make lasting habits, I am going to start there. Im going to refine my morning! I want to tweak it until I feel really happy about how smoothly it goes in the mornings. Wouldn't that be so nice?! There are so many tiny changes Im thinking of now, like how I dont hydrate my skin enough, how I sleep in a few extra minutes, how I dont like my product layout in the morning, or I dont plan my outfits well, or I dont plan my breakfasts, or what I will listen to on my way to work. I think being more intentional about my mornings is my new years resolution. I would never have thought to do this if I hadnt seen your video. I downloaded it, and didnt even want to get to the end yet cause I feel like I have alot of work to do. Anyways thank you for helping so many people take simple steps towards better outcomes. :) Have a good day.
I am glad that I came across this again. It gave me some new ideas and new ways of look at my environment, especially now that both of us work from home.
I think people vastly underrate the power of environment and how you tend to function in it. Clothing too. It can seem very shallow but has big returns in daily life. I’m willing to invest up front to have a daily life with more ease and more attention for things I find important.
These are such "small" and easily actionable changes but they make such an impact!!! Currently moving into a new apartment and excited to plan out everything. Thanks for the inspiring video!
One thing I’m trying to focus on with lifestyle design is planning around when my personal energy is the strongest. I would love to hear recommendations about how to optimize productivity for morning energy and also during the afternoon slump!
Oh this would be so good for me too, I have fibromyalgia and its so hard when struggling with the pain and fatigue, I sleep poorly up and down during night, need coffee first thing and have to nap most days on a afternoon which I hate but I just can't function x

Your laptop is a macbook with USB-C ports. Get a 20,000MAH battery pack for the desk. Charge it off that, it will be small, easy to hide, and whenever you walk away or on a scheduled time, you can plug the battery pack to charge right where it is.
