wtf, this is perfect for professionals. Like, for real, my gaming laptop will outperform this but I don't need that much power for my job needs (That require a laptop, that is), plus is lighter, can use its charger to charge my phone, the webcam and mic are absurdly awesome and those speaker are meant for videocalls. Plus, RETROILUMINATED WHITE KEYBOARD. This is a dream for us office workers... The one thing I would complain is about the lack of an RJ45 port and soldered RAM, but to be honest, it's bothering me way to little given all else I got with it.

Wifi will probably be good enough in a work environment... Or I can ask the procurement team to get me a fancy dock, for that matter.

I’m looking for a laptop specifically for programming needs but also just general web browsing. The only thing why I am even considering upgrading my ancient 2012 mbp is that it gets uncomfortably hot and since I like to use it on my lap, it’s just a miserable experience. But I don’t know if anything like that even exists. Probably need to find a laptop where the intake is not on the bottom.

For the RJ45, you can get a 3 USD dongle, they work nicely enough. My IdeaPad from 2019 doesn't have one either lol so I'm working around that too.

For the sims 4 you'd probably have to lower the resolution and graphic presets quite a bit.

50 degrees is nothing these days. that's CPU temp, not laptop surface temp.
