I’ve only just recently found this channel but I just gotta say it is such a breath of fresh air to find a Pokémon RUclipsr that’s genuinely excited about the hobby and not just opening for monetary value
I’m glad I’m not alone.. Jon and I are in sync with being newbies to real pack openings and that we got back into the hobby at the worst possible time 😅
Hi Jon, one thing I've seen other RUclipsrs do, which I like, is at the end of the video they revisit the key pulls, arranging the key pulls in order of how much they like the card with a countdown to their favorite card that they pulled. It's a cool way to see the good art again and have fun with it.
I love that you spend the time to go through each pack.. so many pokemon pack openers just skip to the last two hit spots takes the anticipation out of the pulls
Those big money cards you should put in a sleeve before the top loader, that way it protects from dust better and so the top loader doesn’t scratch the card. The open end of the sleeve goes into the top loader first

Tip for opening a pack. I’ve found packs are looser at the bottom, so hold the pack upside down with the tab side facing you. At the top pull the tab towards you and gently use your other hand to push away from the tab. It should create a little opening for you to rip the rest. 👍🏼 hope this makes sense 😂

Hyped AF for this series. For the super big hits like that Milotic, you'll want to send them in to PSA to get graded :) Whats more fun than pulling a card yourself? Pulling a card and having it come back as a perfect 10!
You should buy a master set binder for surging sparks since you’re opening so many. It’s a binder where you put all the cards from a set in order as you get them

Jon get a tattoo of a random pokemon for every box you don’t get that pikachu card Was gonna write boosters but then you’ll look like a yakuza with tattoo sleeve by the end
Jon there is a way that yiu cam open a booster box where the flap has its design in the front and you should have that in the background and pull packs out of ut as you open them!❤

Congrats on the big pull! I guessed pack three on the first round, one on the second (I'm almost never right on these things!). Pulled a ten pack in TCG Pocket and pulled a full art Gyarados and Diglett, so I got more trade fodder! Also, anyone else remember the "Will it blend?" videos? IYKYK!!
prismatic evolution comes out officially next week! that would be an insane opening! that or journey together, that’s coming out in march. hopefully you can find them for a good price tho 😂
