+EmeraldJEM710 This song has fucked me in the head. I still sing it; I have no idea why this has stuck and the billions of others songs for commercials have to a far less extent.
Me Too! You're my kind of people, Hellz yes! I only rarely encounter someone else who remembers it. I just showed it to my 9 yr old daughter, who, a few moments ago gave me the 'look' for singing this song, so I thought I better show her the basis of my insanity.
I just randomly sang this tonight and then made my girlfriend watch this video against her wishes so she could not only see how spot-on my tempo was, but also so she could see how great this commercial is.
I remember my brother biting into an onion like an apple, cause he loved the onion character piece so much. Also how come I still remember this song? Marketing in the 80s was MAGIC!
Woke up this morning singing this song on my way to the fridge to get some pizza from last night lol So cool to see I ain't the only person in the world still having this song stuck in their head 30+ years later!
I remember my best friends 6 year old bday party and his dad bringing out the pizza, carrying it like the chefs in the commercial, and singing this song!!! I remember how I felt embarrassed!! 35 years later I don’t take a pizza out of the oven for my boys without singing this ridiculous song and now, now I have proof I did not contour this tune out of thin air!!! Thank you!!!
There I am the kid in front dancing along with my friend Hector and my brother Jared in the background. We filmed this commercial in Spain. Man was it fun!!
I went to clean the ferret cage and saw he'd pooped multiple times in there and started singing "Party, poopy party" and realized what I was singing only then and ran to watch this for the first time in 25 years
It’s amazing that these old commercials get stuck in our head decades later. People today in advertising have lost all creativity. I’m glad I grew up when I did.
I watched this commercial on cable tv where I live even though this board game was never brought here. Still sing it to myself (alone) whenever I go get a pizza. That's the power of catchy marketing.
I was born in 98 but I bought this game at a thrift store and looked it up just to see how old it was and I stumbled on this ad/song...now it's going to be stuck in my head til the day I die.🙃
We had this game in the school library when I was in grades 5-8, and when we had the option to go to the library at recess, EVERYONE wanted to play it. Good times. :)
Actually.now that I remember, the Pizza Party game was so popular that the teachers/librarian made a homemade version of the same game, so that more than one group of kids could play at once......but we only ever wanted to play with the original one.
So my family used to tape all our movies and on our recorded version of Snoopy Come Home, the first 7 seconds came on then went back to the movie… 36 years later I checked to see what this truly was and needless to say I got nostalgic.
I remember one of the cooks at the end of the commercial dropping a real pizza on the floor. I know there are other versions of this commercial, I don't think I imagined it. We had this game in first grade and we sand the song in class and always dropped the pizza because the guy in the commercial did that.
You might be right. I vaguely remember a version where there was only one chef carrying the pizza, and he was surrounded by dancing people as he entered the room. The camera was close to his face. The jingle was the same. Of course, I could be wrong since it was like 35 years since I last saw the ad.
That's hilarious, I said the same thing! My girlfriend was reminded of the game from an old home movie- I youtubed it- and when this commercial came on- it answered my longtime personal question as to why "Partay, pizza partay" went through my head everytime I had pizza. I had completely forgotten about this game.
Me re-thinking about this song again after I now know what Pizza Party means in CIA / Elite code language… then noticing the room is filled with children…
I had to send this to my kids so they could understand why every time pizza is ordered for the house I sing this for 2 days and my wife wants to knock the shi* out of me.
I have been singing this song every single time I've eaten pizza since 1986.
haha, no doubt. or anytime someone meetings "party". good stuff.

Same here!

YES! And here I thought I was the only one!
Nearly 30 years later this song has been stuck in my head
Same
Totally. I sing it so often I had to find it. Wasn't that hard. And it's as good as I remembered.
@@joeljamesconroy same lol
Same here, man. Grrrrrr!!!
F'in A! 🍕
I'm 45 & till this day I STILL sing this song 😂💯
Same here, so awesome
I've never been sharp I've never been slick
I literally just sang this to my daughter randomly then came here...amazing what you remember 33 years later 😳
I have he this song stuck in my head for years and I am almost 40!
Goes to show you that using jingles is more powerful than using an old rock song for advertising.
Same here I’m 38
@@lateshiachilds3640 41 and still sing it for no reason.
I just randomly sang this tonight and then made my girlfriend watch this video against her wishes so she could not only see how spot-on my tempo was, but also so she could see how great this commercial is.
Against her wishes 😂
@lionfacewitness Haha, I did kind of say that like some malevolent Sultan or something, didn't I? 😆
I remember my brother biting into an onion like an apple, cause he loved the onion character piece so much. Also how come I still remember this song? Marketing in the 80s was MAGIC!
This was the jam back in the day
I was 4 in 1986 and I always loved this commercial the jingle forever stuck with me.
I used to mess with my friend at school and say he bought this game because he thought it was a real pizza. Great times.

@@alvinayers9335 I can’t remember it’s been so many years but she was a local girl in our school
So funny! My dad used to give me a reach around every time this came on!
It's been 28 years since this song has been entrenched in my brain. I am now currently spreading this insanely addictive jingle to everyone I know.
Chamon!

I still have this song stuck in my head from watching Saturday morning cartoons in the early 90s. Send help!
no idea why this song randomly popped in my head
#PizzaGate
Hmm...good point
No idea why I started thinking about the game.
Ya I just getting ready to go to bed and all of sudden. This song popped up in my head. Miss being a kid....
I sing this anytime I eat pizza since 1986. I'm happy to see other 80s kids were affected the same way. 😅
It's been 20+ years since the last time I played this game, and I can still remember how much fun it was!
This has been in my head for decades, along with, "Hey Jimmy, gimme a cheese with nothin." "Nothin?"
I remember this one. I'd forgotten how catchy it was.
I had this game back in the day and this song has been stuck in my head ever since.
This song is such a bop. Absolutely iconic game too.
I went to clean the ferret cage and saw he'd pooped multiple times in there and started singing "Party, poopy party" and realized what I was singing only then and ran to watch this for the first time in 25 years

My daughter's class had a pizza party at school today. I sung this to her and refused to make eye contact with me...lol!
I'm singing it because I'm getting my niece a free pizza today. Party! Pizza Party! She's 5 so she'll enjoy it. :)
Wow I haven’t seen this commercial since I was 5 years old. I remember the tune and everything
I just started singing this song to my son when he asked me what we were having for dinner. Good old youtube captured the memories. ❤😂🍕🎉
Pizza: one of the few things in life that completely lives up to its hype!
This takes me back! I wanted this game so bad but never got it. At 42 yrs old I still remember this song 🎵 🍕🎉
I’m almost 40 and I still sing this song! It’s awesome to see I’m not the only one affected lol
I was just singing this song going to pick up a pizza will have my son. I am glad they put the video up so I can show him.
I just got this song in my head, after all this years..
I remember this decade
I love this. So nostalgic. No other had commercials and games like the 80s. Just cool!😎
I had this song stuck in my head the last couple days, had to look it up and see if it was exactly what I remembered and it was!
Tune is an absolute jam!
I watched this commercial on cable tv where I live even though this board game was never brought here. Still sing it to myself (alone) whenever I go get a pizza. That's the power of catchy marketing.
As a guitar player, I can't help but groove to this so much more than people would think.
I was born in 98 but I bought this game at a thrift store and looked it up just to see how old it was and I stumbled on this ad/song...now it's going to be stuck in my head til the day I die.🙃
Just ate pizza lol
You make a pizza as you can see with onions, mushrooms or pepperoni! (not mentioned, peppers) It's a good memory game.
This song has been stuck in my head for 20 years.
Everytime I even see the word pizza that damn song just pops off in my head. Been like that since the late 80's.
everytime we get pizza, i walk in the door saying..party...pizza party!
You better sing it. 😅
I didn't watch a whole lot of TV in this 80's but I very much remember this.
Im 50 yrs old and still singing it to people lol
I'm 35 and remember this sing when I was younger and sing it to my kid now....
we used to sing chorus of this as kids in the 90's but I never knew that this is what it was from
I’ve been singing this around the house, my kids think I’m crazy. I knew this was a commercial when I was kid. Love RUclips

That's cool! We had the game at home.
Good God, look at those clothes! I Love the 80s!!! No one cared as much and things were more fun and quirky! And yes I remember this game very fondly.
Any time someone mentions pizza party my mind is here. 1978 baby.
Anytime the words "pizza party" are spoken i go into a trance and am overcome by this random commercial from 1986
Everytime pizza is mentioned I sing this in my head or out loud if I think present company will get it.
I auditioned for "Kid Who Lost Because He Had To Switch" :/
I heard about that. You even got the part. But sadly they switched you with another actor...😞
Lmao oh you guys!
Got a pizza today and started singing this. My kids think I'm an idiot.
Whenever we have pizza I have to sing this song.
Co-host's favorite song. Sang it in the lets do this videogame too
I remember being four years old and wanting this game only because of the song.
Looks more like early 90s than '86. I definitely remember it though, and that damn song too.
i started randomly singing this and here i am
I pushed replay like 14 times. There needs to be an extended dance mix.
"I'm old. And that pizza use to taste like cardboard."
i had the pieces of this around my house for years and yet i can't remember ever playing it
So my family used to tape all our movies and on our recorded version of Snoopy Come Home, the first 7 seconds came on then went back to the movie… 36 years later I checked to see what this truly was and needless to say I got nostalgic.
oh my goodness, i was born in 87'...i think i remember playing this game once i was about 6 or 7 years old. i remember it very vaguely. crazy.

If you play this at half speed it's really cool
Still remember never forget odd
Honestly i would've went nuts for this as a kid
These pizza chefs gave the cinnamon toast crunch bakers a run for their money
Still the best Pizza song!

Basic Game, but the song is easy to get stuck in the head. *WERE GONNA ORDER SOME PIZZA TONIGHT* this song starts to play :)
LOL! I remember all of us singing this in the 5th grade!
Why was this song in my head!?!?!
Ahh memories...loved this game!
Idk why this song popped in my head but I had to hear it 😂😂😂 now I can sleep 😂😂😂
Has anybody else noticed that this advertisement seems to have been filmed in one take?
I remember this board game it's a good game
I remember this game when I was in school. We used to played this game.
I played that game with somebody when I was at elementary school when I was born in Texas last year for a little while this time.
I thought I was the only weirdo still singing this song to myself
sing it everytime i want pizza
This goes with "Basketball" by Kurtis Blow.
Me re-thinking about this song again after I now know what Pizza Party means in CIA / Elite code language… then noticing the room is filled with children…
I've been singing this song for close to 30 years and until today never knew where I heard it
I still know all the words, 30+ years later! I always tried to get the green pepper, because I felt bad that she didn't get to be in the song.
I looked up this commercial because the song was still stuck in my head from 1986!
I had to send this to my kids so they could understand why every time pizza is ordered for the house I sing this for 2 days and my wife wants to knock the shi* out of me.
Nineteen people have never been invited to a pizza party
You mean pedo party
omg I loved this game
Peppino could totally sing as he makes pizza in pizza tower and his wife Ruby would join him
Had to look up this commercial to ensure I did not make up the song.
If I were making this commercial instead of 3 dancing chefs I'd have one dancing chef & 2 dancing waitresses. Would have looked even better that way.
I had this game growing up!
I just bought this game today for 5 dollars and it may be the best 5 dollars I’ve ever spent
