the lever to activate the mob masher on the dreadful dirt examples simultaneously disables the absorption hopper. put lever on the left side under chest as easy solution.
does the ender inhibitor only work in a straight line, or in like an 8x8x8 square? or like in a 8x8 but only 1 high? it might be useful to add into the video

dreadful dirt can spawn Wither Skeleton?
To spawn Wither Skeletons I think you have to place it in the a nether fortress area, where wither Skeletons spawn naturally :)
