    I was here just yesterday. Their Paddu was excellent 👌. Veeresh was very enthusiastic and kept all the customers engaged with his amazing conversations. Good underrated place.

    i am.in chennai for the past 40 years ,though i.have lot of relatives in bangalore,none of the visits are more than 1-2 days. after seeing your various videos, i have told.my wife that we should.make a trip to bangalore only to taste various tiffin items in various hotels reviewed by you!!(i am 61 years)😮

    Hello Sir. Thanks for your videos. I relish the taste just by seeing your videos. Due to some reason I could not go and eat outside, but I watch your videos and experience as if I am tasting the food. One observation, many eateries especially serving Dosa, keep the Ghee packet close to the tava to keep it in molten form. These Ghee packets come in Plastic cover. This poses high risk of plastic entering into the food. With the kind of influence you bring in, I urge you to raise this point with the eateries and concerned food security officials.

    Good morning dear Kripal - Oh Davanegere is the origin of Benne Dose. Wow Vireesh is Dan2 - BB in Karate 🥋. How does the coconut shells and wood ( used as heat generators ) help in the flavour of the Benne Dose ? . Lovely to watch the open kitchen and chef is revealing all the process with utmost sincerity. Wow 30 ingredients in the making of the Podi . Never knew that one could add cardamom in a chutney . Oh wow I am drooling watching the Benne Kunipanizharam . Simple and good ambience . The butter is oozing out of my TV set 😀 The aloo gade Palya looks simple but looks like a mashed potato with flavour . I love ghatti chutney . Is the Paddu akin to Kunipanizharam ? The butter special Masala Dose looks totally appealing and scrumptious. Now time for detective Kripal to unearth the 30 ingredients in the podi 😀 Thats a double spicy joy for a spice lover like me . The butter masala Dose is definitely a dish to be tried out . Dear Kripal as usual your articulation and narrative of the Dose actually feels that the Dose is speaking to us . Mr Vijaykumar and Mr Vrijeesh are so humble and that’s a hallmark of a good eatery . Very reasonable bill for the quantum of food especially laden with pure butter . Bonus - Idli ( looks like Thatte Idli ) with butter and two chutneys . Shenga Chutney is one of my favourite. Time to taste the Paddu . Ha ha ha time to re-christen the name to Benne Nagari Dose Davangere . This was a wonderful Vlog ans thoroughly enjoyed every single frame of the Vlog 💯💯💯 Hats off to you for dishing out this Vlog .     Very few restaurants where kripal finds hard to step out after a hearty meal as he yearns for more..this certainly is one of them, Sometimes I feel culinary landscape in this city is just like exploring the universe something extraordinary comes out every now & then certainly shown to us through our Telescope Mr Kripal Amanna.

    Someone please suggest good benne dose places in North bangalore, there was one Sampradaya benne dose in Kempapura but he had to close because he was unable to breakeven. The one in Shakarnagar is okay okay.

    I remember eating masale dose as a kid, there was no ಕೆಂಪು ಚಟ್ನಿ smeared on dose.
    There were only three variants.. masale dose, plain dose and khali dose among which masale dose was the most popular.
    The only difference between masale and plain ಮಸಾಲೆ was stuffed with ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ ಪಲ್ಯ which itself was the original ಮಸಾಲೆ.
    There was never a ಕೆಂಪು ಚಟ್ನಿ.
    Like all original recipes undergo transformation, the masale dose too had many, for that matter too many.
    In fact the traditional and authentic dose has lost all of its mundane glory and is distorted beyond the recognition.
    People put all kinds of veggies, cheese, uppittu, paneer, butter etal, mash it like pav bhaji, ufff..
    I still love relishing those oval masale dose with ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ ಪಲ್ಯ and ಗಟ್ಟಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ..if were in good terms with the waiter.. just for forty fave paise topped up with ಫಿಲ್ಟರ್ coffe

    Kripal will not allow them to say the receipe he will only tell half total six items means Kripal will be telling three rest owner tell one two items left it like that. Here two items he left can anyone tell the two items.

    Eating dosa at a restaurant is ok once in a while..bcz they add too much of maida, butter also is adulterated, refined oil.. that’s the reason u don’t get same taste when u prepare at home😂 u have add all unhealthy things if u want such roast, crunch etc
