Will’s been leading a remote workforce since the 90’s - way before it was cool! The work from home transition and leading a company of mostly engineers has not presented the challenges seen by many other companies. We talk more on that as well as values and other culture-related topics.
Will has been in his current role as CEO of Civitas Learning for 2 years, after a year as CTO. Before coming to Civitas, Will spent almost 20 years as a leader managing large technical, and engineering teams and most recently as CTO at Gerson Lerhman Group in New York City.
