It is good machine but the front tires were no good because it was easy to flat when you cut the black Berry, the company should upgrade it to the solid tires it will better
I was thinking about having the cab and air installed on my Ferris but man what a damn mower I love it thank you to all of you Ferris workers for the quality products you produce........
Meet some great people in this plant . I'm from Mississippi and I worked there as a contractor through madicorp in 2022. Learned alot of new thing too.
Magnifiques machines! Il me faudrait ça, ici en France, pour tondre mes 4 Ha d'airial 😅 c'est agréable à regarder , merci beaucoup de nous faire rêver !😊 C'est possible à crédit ?😅
4:27 is a failure mode. Need to have the grass clipping chute stay up regardless of any jarring. It could have taken damage when it ran into objects and maybe it did. Regardless, nobody wants scuff marks on something brand new.
Every contractor I know rips that pos deflector off and replaces it with a grass flap anyways, never seen someone actually using a ferris with it still intact lol.
@Cambalamba that wasn't a test. that's the shipping steel crate. It was a new machine getting packed up and the worker scraped it they should put just a bit of tape to keep it up right.
Just in time for the sell. Wonder who will buy them. The whole turf division of Briggs is up for grabs. Wouldn’t be surprised if Toro snatch was them up since they hadn’t settled the lawsuit yet they owe ExMark millions.
@Wood Chopper A year ago I would have said the same. But B&S was bought by a holding firm and they set up two companies; and one is just for turf care (Snapper Pro, Simplicity, Murray & Ferris).
Briggs and Stratton, who bought Ferris and their parent company Simplicity back in 2004, has been responsible for a lot of innovation at Ferris and have increased their sales 5 fold. I have two Ferris Mowers, an older IS3000 and a late IS5100. They are far from a "piece of crap". Anyway, you might be happy to know that Briggs is now looking to sell off their Turf Line of products which includes Ferris.
I'm a dealer in ferris for about 20 years fantastic equipment my customer's love's the quality of the mowers thank you for the wonderful equipment
I have 3 and honestly its because of master mowers. RC is the owner and he fixes things on the spot its tge dealer support that makes it awesome

Probably some kind of test who knows
You would have to tear it off and mow over the deflector to really damage it. It’s made of a tough rubber like compound.

Great mowers. America!
I just bought a IS 3200z and it is amazing !
After the paint line she says "and we just throw it all together" Hardly a sales pitch but a great machine anyways.
Ive got 3 and hope to buy more
Z3X is the best mower on the market.
Now owned and operated by Briggs an Stratton
only heard of the brand today and I'm interested (Australia)
You Lawn mowers sakes 😅

Damn thats disappointing! I was looking at buying one but i refuse to give money to ANY NY or cali company
To bad Ferris didn’t move to a tax friendly state!!
Those ferris are cool
🧍♀️
Really sad that Briggs & Stratton bought them out.
The last brand-new Ferris I bought was a piece of crap !!!.
They are ruining a good name.

Yea they are just $hïtÿ snapper mowers now
So it's an ad for Ferris shown during a news broadcast.
Or it's a story on how a local factory grew
Yeah because all the immigrants coming here that do lawn care 😆
Like my bobcats there faster larger better fuel economy and cheaper
And yes these mowers are very good
