Girl! I literally just took out my quickweave! I used the Ebin spray and the usual bond protectant and it did not lift!!!! I work out as well and it wouldn’t move!! Got the method from your last video !! Thanks sis !! Keep these videos coming !

Can you share how long your qw usually lasts?

I love the layers!!! I always do my weaves with layers and I’ve been doing that since HS which was a million years ago lol. It just looks more natural that way. It’s definitely giving is this growing out my scalp!

It’s crazy bc I love both of them equally!! I would say if your hair is going to get wet so tape ins. But both are very seamless and easy to install!

Yes! I used to reuse all the time before I had my hair business! I don’t reuse anymore just because I always have access to fresh bundles lol.
Even though I don’t know how to braid down can I still do the versatile quick weave with the two ponytails like your last video?

Hey love! Is your leave out relaxed? I can never get my hair to stay straight with all this humidity in ATL. 😭 Do you have any tips for straightening leave outs? My hair type is 4A.
Hey girlie. I’ve been natural for about 10 years now. My hair will definitely swell in humidity, don’t let it fool you lol. Use a good serum and heat protectant spray! My favorite serum is Hask Macadamia or Keratin Oil. I’m bad at remembering to use a heat protectant spray so no recommendations there.
Use got 2 be spray on your leave out after flat ironing. Brush it in with a hard bristled brush. Enjoy 😘

Sew the perimeter of the cap down and bring glue just in case there’s lifting
For quick weaves, do you always have to put that stuff on the natural hair? And is it safe like the stuff you were brushing into your braids? I’m torn between this and tapeins or microlinks. I’m going to africa next week and im fascinated by quickweaves and how you can literally achieve the same look as you would with microlinks and tape ins
The bond protectant is what keeps the glue from touching your natural hair. So yes, I do it every time & it is safe. You can do a strand test if you’re skeptical!

I did the same method that you did and it does feel kinda hard like the fact that it does hold and so all I need to do is run it under water and it will come out ?
Yup! The protectant that you put on will dissolve!

sounds like you're not making sure the liquid cap is completely dry before moving on. thats crucial.

We don’t have the bond protectant in the U.K. at least I can’t find any. Is there any other option that works?

Would love a latex free quick weave. I’m allergic to the glue and unfortunately I think it’s the latex in it.
I know of some people that are allergic to the latex. I’m not sure if latex free glue even exists. I need to do some research!
There’s a brand called Bold Hold. It’s a little more pricey than your standard bond glue but it’s latex free* and also water proof. You can find it online and some beauty stores
This is how I know Im doing my install wrong because I also take my QW out in the shower but I still had patches of broken off hair in the middle of my head :(
Are the broken off pieces from heat damage from pressing your leave out though?
@@jeniseadriana I don’t think so, the broken pieces look like I got in a bad fight and and only 2 inches stayed in tact with my scalp😩 it’s right in the middle crown of my head where I usually make my part for my half up half down QWs
