as for water companies, sewerage works have ffts and the consent it set by the ea, so if a site is doing its full flow and storm tanks are full and spill is not on the head of water companies, in storm conditions its highly diluted, 90% of issues at a treatment site is cause by public putting wipes down and blocking assets. this is why water companies need to up their prices and start fining households heavy fines putting them in financial difficulties
