I saw something like this before. I'm not sure if it was an altered version of the story, of if this was the altered version, or if theyre just similar, but in the one i saw, instead if saying she had a false positive, OP told everyone she had a miscarriage, and her sister announced the same thing a few weeks later. Only, while OP was lying about being pregnant, her sister actually had gotten pregnant, and when OP announced she had a miscarriage, her sister got an abortion. The sister's husband found out and was pissed and left her.
I think it's a fack story as iv herd literly the same story as this, down to same sentence but it was a guy and his brother who he told was gay. The ending was the exsat same.
