Upgraded Titan Speakerman is the easiest Special Titan to get, when Titan Clockman wasn't out. You just need to do solo/private and find the goofy ahh clock spidey man. Just keep finding until the end of time. But still Upgraded Titan Speakerman ONLY requires one step like Titan Clockman. UTCM needs too much beef with us.
