Many modern arcade games run on Windows PCs. It’s possible Windows was updating in the background (when it was glitching) and had to restart to finalise the update. I hope it finished counting the tickets before the crash!
I would be so mad if I was trying for a specific prize and I got the amount of tickets on one game for the prize and they didn't credit me with them. Also, I am with Crystal. Crossy Roads is a nerve wracking game. I haven't even played the game but everytime I watch you guys play it makes me nervous. I feel like you guys are actually crossing all of that in the game. I would feel the same if I were playing it. I am glad you guys finally got your prize. They should give you credit for the tickets you guys won on the Crossy Roads game.
