Just use raw aloevera. Apply it on the tanned parts before sleep. (Just make sure that the yellowish fluid is completely dripped off, and do not go under the sun after applying the gel). It really did wonders for me

It’s true bc dark circles are usually an internal problem. Topical treatments may help but won’t get rid of them sadly.
