I've been watching ASMR videos for a few years now and this video was the first one to ever make me cry. It was definitely an emotional release after a few very stressful school years. It's obviously a roleplay but I can relate so much to this employee. The scary fact is this short video had more encouraging words than I've probably had during my entire teaching career.
I’ve been so resistant to watching this and I finally did and oh my goodness the reviews were spot on. The talk about burnout really got to me. I’ve felt that for the past year. This is so good and actually helpful in a mindful kind of way. ❤
I'm going back to this video again. In response to this question "if there was one thing you would want to change about the job?" If it were my current job I'd say I wouldn't want to feel guilty or afraid to just take even a 30 second sit break at my desk while the kids were in the room. One staff meeting we were actually told by our principal, "I better never see you sitting at your desk with the kids in the room." I'm hoping our new principal that starts this coming year is compassionate and positive like this boss.
Love this! I'm lucky and have a good boss but I know many people aren't as lucky. When you said you were going to do the opposite of fire us I was like how do you re-hire us if we're already in the business😂 you are/would be a great boss Jeremiah 😃
I didn't realize how much I needed this video...until I was in tears. Just thank you... Now I jump directly to the dominant flight attendant to have my fear of flying treated. I love the pen scratching.... And the "look at me" gets me every time.
I came back so this one for a couple times and I feel like now I found the right words. This is magic. Every time I listen to this video I feel a little bit stronger, a bit more powerful, more adorable and valued. I don't know how you're doing it but it's great. But I can't follow your instruction if not being like you. I'd like to be a bit more like you 💜

Gosh, I wish I had you as a boss! I have so many pressures to be perfect all the time in teaching at my school that there is no room to make mistakes, and I go by with very little praise. :( I’m a words of affirmation kind of person. I could say more, but I will keep it short. This, and your doctors videos (plus the cowboy paramedic vid!) are so comforting to me! I get frowned upon for taking any days off to go to the doctor when I’m ill. Most of my appts are made after work hours. Would you make a principal video affirming an elementary teacher? Thank you for your aid and acting skills regardless :)

To follow up on this (on my other account now...) Yeah I legit started crying for real at the Maui bit. Never got that kind of recognition as a physician working 80 hrs a week. Burned out and almost died. Part of me wishes I "deserved" a boss like this. Part of me says I did once. Part of me is just very, very sad.
I loved it and wish more bosses where just like you Jeremiah because i have a hard time always talking to a new boos anytime i have too get ues to a new one because that's just how i am so thank you for the vedio i loved it
Man this shit hits . I’m 21 now but I’ve been working under my bosses wing since I’ve been 17 at first it was a little part time for getting kick out of high school . No one would give me a job until he gave me a chance , couple years later I’m his best Employee, I work 6 days a week 11 hours shifts , when you asked when was the last time i took a vacation off . I think it was when I turned 18 when all my friends graduated high school.
So I’m watching this at my desk in the office, it’s 6:15pm and I’m the last person here. I was feeling anxious so put some asmr on. Wasn’t expecting to cry. It’s 31st October and the last time I took more than 1 day annual leave was in April. To move house
