How to make the best ZUCCHINI CHIPS: easy and light

  • INGREDIENTS
    800g of zucchini
    Salt
    60g (1/2 cup) of all-purpose flour
    30ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil
    Dry oregano
    Olive oil
    METHOD
    1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds with a mandoline.
    2. Add salt and flour to the zucchini, and mix it well.
    3. Flavor by adding the spices you prefer. We use oregano.
    4. Sprinkle the zucchini with plenty of oil and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
