Question: what would be the best way to make spherical eyes from canes without distorting the image?

Holaa! Una pregunta, cómo haces para que tu porcelana no se deforme cuando la cortas en rodajas? La tuya en el video se ve muy estable al cortar

Sorry for the late reply! Oh, I know your pain... Making the canes can be disappointing...:( This eyeball cane is difficult to make! I know! 😟
I would recommend using Fimo Professional clay. In my opinion, this clay is the best for cane making. It is also important to use the same hardness clay (to prevent pattern distortion while reducing the cane). Start with making simple canes, because if you start with intricate patterns, there is a risk it won't turn out as good as you wished...:( And you will lose your motivation to make the canes at all. I know what I'm talking about! I hated making canes before. That was always disappointing for me. But after a while and a lot of practicing, I started to enjoy the process and the result! Please don't give up! Practicing is the key!😉👌🏻🌷
