I know that sounds affect us/objects because they changed 432 hrz in our music studio's. They found that sounds affect and effect everything. So they manipulated it to control people and their thoughts. I just turned 70 and I wish I knew about this growing up. I believe my life would have turned out differently. I do my morning exercises to these vibrations. Then I sit quiet and tell my body what needs fixing. I am currently working on repairing nerve damage in my right leg from an attack of sciatica. I tell the boys to get down there and sort it out just like a a work crew fixing broken telephone cables. Being an engineer that is how I visualise things. It seems to work for me.

You are wrong. This is science. Everything comprises super strings vibrating at various frequencies specific to what it is and it's condition. When the frequency is off sickness results. Just as a vibrating tuning fork will set a resting one to vibrate at the same frequency these tones correct our frequency. Not magic, just physics. As for just producing it as music I am not a fan of ambient music. This is one of the more listenable ones.

I do like this , but when I listen to it on loop while I am sleeping I always have shocking nightmares, normally I rarely have them otherwise
