PSU/NLWC is an organic amalgamation of the greatest wrestlers in the nation and world. It cannot be replicated and frankly no one is mentioning how David is 2 weeks from the most emotional loss of his career. He didn’t even process that yet. This happened so fast that when reality hits, it will hit hard. Also, Cael and PSU are who people want to wrestle for. You honestly think a kid growing up in PA would turn that down for OkSt? 😂 There’s PSU and the second choices.

We’re talking about the biggest thing to happen in college wrestling since Cael to Penn st, and could possibly be bigger if it pans out, and all you say is “why not keep Coleman? Or what about the current staff? This is how the world works and you don’t bring someone in and immediately tell them how to do their job. Do I love the previous coaching staff? Yes, but this is how this kind of thing goes and if you are a true fan you should want to make progress with the program and accept that this is what needed to happen and that DT isn’t coming to Stillwater to fire everyone and hire his friends to create a losing program. Nothing was promised to anyone and none of these coaches expected anything after John announced he was retiring. Coleman came to Stillwater because the associate HC job was better than the job he had at UNC and I guarantee he knew John was retiring when he took it and I guarantee he was told he’d have a shot at taking over and that’s all. No one told him he 100% had the job and no one told him he’d 100% be here any longer than a year so please pull your head out and look at the monumental thing that’s happening for the program with a bit of reality.

Don't ever put that loudmouth on the show again. He went on for an hour and five minutes... I don't think he even took a breath. I'm sure the Flo execs weren't too happy when the whole sexual misconduct topic came up. CP had no control of the first hour of that show.
He is a lot shadier than most people know. He manipulates things and works in gray areas a lot, and always has. He just tries to use every single angle to his advantage and now that is his mouth. I'm glad that he brings more attention to wrestling, but he was never the most honest guy.
