子どもの頃からいつも京阪電車から見えてて、今も営業されてる意味がわかりました😢いつも、行ってみたいと思いながら駅前でもないので、行ってみたいと思っていたので、今回の取材は有難いです！

The amount of work that goes in is just amazing
This is quite an authentic Cantonese restaurant. The owner has a Chinese accent when speaking Japanese and he makes his own wrappers for spring rolls (which is very rare). Those and the fried squid, in particular, look absolutely delicious. I definitely would like to visit the next time that I'm in Japan.
No Chinese accent.
He speaks Japanese with an Osaka accent.
@@memotalia It wasn't just me that noticed. My mother (who's a native speaker) says that he has a Chinese accent lol. You can hear some of the Chinese tonal sounds in his Japanese.

I am quite shocked to see him making their own wrappers. And I am really touched with his fried rice. His technique and the final product are what can seen inside an authentic Cantonese restaurant.
I always say that people Go were their treated the Best!! And this restaurant is a Prime Example of that!! It doesn't matter the size or if a place is Fancy or Not!! If the food 😋 is good and the customer service is Superb people will come from all over to dine in and enjoy themselves 😅 as shown in this restaurant!! Nothing like this in San Francisco. Fried rice here always overly dark with soy sauce.

Thanks always on hidden non touristy places. Family run restaurants are just the best, not those michelin or in touristy areas.
