Looks like a filthy mayan/inca kitchen full of bugs. Nice play, I used those bugs on soultree only 2 orbs.

That's interesting. I don't know how you'd use them there but it's cool to know it's possible. For my part I just used parasite swarm and deep ones to get that one.

@@Arcessitor to tank a little bit, not to win, I used deep ones, spikeroot to win and mumbo jumbo

I tried using the bugs to tank for tickets to reach the soultree, but the timer was too fast to reach the grinder :( worked perfectly until then, vicious had lost like 0 health until the last pair of warriors. But I could see them being useful to assault the twilight base.

I'm curious why the two orb limit, neither of the specified achievements require you to limit orb count. Did you just not find any higher tier cards necessary?

I don't know if they changed it since I made this video, but I believe it did use to be 2 orbs for A City Strongly Compact. Force of Nature was just a convenient byproduct, it did not require 2 orbs, but I did do so both here and on the Soultree to get the other achievements.
If I'm misremembering, then I probably put this in the description because either a) it's not feasible or desirable to use more than 2 orbs because you're always building buildings or b) to indicate it's a very cheap build that anyone can use.
At the time (a few days after release), the only feasible builds were this and a build revolving around Undead Army, and this one was a lot easier to do.
I hope one of those answers your question.

@@Arcessitor Yep, good answers. I did check and A City Strongly Compact doesn't say anything about orbs ... just that the deck must contain only building and spell cards. So either it was changed or you got it confused with the Soultree, which does require both full nature and a two orb limit.
I tried this strategy last night, and again this morning. I found it's actually rather difficult to take down the death gliders to let Rogan in, so the second time I lured them back into range of my defense towers. Once they were down, the abomination was a breeze. But somehow my right side got completely broken in the final wave (the left was fully intact) and although I made it to the giant death wave, there was a vileblood beating on the soulstone at the time and its fumes killed the building while Viridya was congratulating me. Funny how it takes a full minute for the victory condition to trigger but the defeat trigger is instant. Will see if I can watch the replay and figure out where I went wrong, but this strat did get me almost through.

@@Nurk0m0rath Well I hope that fortune favors you on the next runs. This was actually my very first (and only) attempt with this strategy, so unfortunately I have no real tips as to what to improve or look out for. I remember someone in chat saying these bug buildings were a viable way to do it with nature, so I just kind of winged it and it worked out. (This is why I have the enlightenment and mind control, I thought I might need them but I never found the mana to build another orb.) It's mostly just a matter of distracting the enemy waves with bugs long enough for your living towers to destroy the enemy.
You might wanna check if perhaps some of your towers got hit by the flame dancers. That is the only thing I remember being a pain-point in this run.
