Not saying they can’t do more because clearly more needs to be done. But they do clean it everyday and there’s a documentary that shows how many needles Just get dumped in a matter of hours

Is this drug problem spreading in the city or is it contained ? Do people still manage to live in this neighborhood ? When I was little, in the 1970s, many French people cited America as an example and made them dream... I have the impression that today the American dream has turned into a real nightmare. Sorry to say, but this can be found in any major metropolitan area in usa, but here is especially bad. These people need rehabilitation for drugs, mental health, and on and on. The resources of the local and federal governments are not focused on homeless drug addicts with mental health issues.
