If you look up the story of Narcissus, this song is pretty much Echo singing about Narcissus with a bit of a twist. Echo fell in love with Narcissus but he rejected her and fell in love with himself, staring into the mirror till he died.. Ali Project added a few changes to the story but its the same concept... and since Echo and Narcissus were both gods they technically were siblings.

After a bit of research on the title (since people were so kind to describe the song) Narcisse means Narcissus, and Noir means black. In Greek mythology Narcissus was a man whom Echoes fell in love with, but she cursed by Zesus's wife to only repeat what other's say. He rejected her pure, true love. I thought this was a tragic gay love story and the flowers were symbolism but someone in the comments said it’s about Narcissus and Echo. I don’t remember there being another person in that legend. You're right. To me it sounds like a girl who was kind of neglected by her parents who focused on her older brother and she had no friends apart from this flower . . .
Can't make sense of the lyrics, at first glance it seems like a girl fell in love with her brothers friend who's in love with her brother, who committed suicide together cause society wouldn't accept their love. Can anyone fill me in? Ah and I like the other version more, but this isn't bad either

That mythologic character had a flower named after him and it's that flower that is referenced in the text. In the language of flowers, narcissus can stand for narcissism and egoism, which might reference the girl telling the story only thinking of herself and her love.
Oh I forgot to add: When Narcissus looking into the lake he tried to grab his reflection. Instead, he fell in, drowned, and died. That relates back to how the two boys died.
